The present invention relates to an exterior wall structure used to cover an exterior wall of a new building, and a method of constructing the exterior wall structure. The present invention implements an exterior wall structure construction method of a new form to which the following manners are applied: a manner of directly fastening an anchor bolt and an angle on an exterior surface of a heat insulating material, such as Styrofoam, in a state where the heat insulating material is in close contact with a side of a concrete wall, a manner of bursting and sealing a urethane foam capsule together with an anchor bolt, and a manner of connecting a frame to support an exterior panel to a bracket for each pipe. Accordingly, the present invention is able to execute perfect insulation construction and also make construction work easy; and moreover, is safe in terms of construction such as no risk of fire due to the exclusion of a welding work, etc.
본 발명은 신축건물 외벽을 가리는 용도로 시공되는 외장벽체 구조물과 이 외장벽체 구조물을 시공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 콘크리트 벽체측에 스티로폼 등의 단열재를 밀착시킨 상태에서 앵커볼트와 앵글을 단열재 바깥면에서 직접 체결하는 방식, 앵커볼트 체결과 함께 우레탄폼 캡슐을 터트려서 실링하는 방식, 각관 이음용 브라켓으로 외장패널 지지를 위한 프레임을 연결하는 방식 등을 적용한 새로운 형태의 외장벽체 구조물 시공방법을 구현함으로써, 완벽한 단열 시공이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 시공 작업이 간편하고, 용접 작업 등의 배제로 화재의 위험이 없는 등 시공의 안전성을 도모할 수 있는 건축물 외장벽체 및 시공방법을 제공한다.
