The present invention relates to a multifunctional clamping device for an excavator and, more specifically, to a multifunctional clamping device for an excavator, which is easy to manufacture, is economical, and minimizes the possibility of maintenance and failure by a sufficient clamping function without using a hydraulic structure. The multifunctional clamping device for an excavator can stably couple a clamping frame to a boom and hold the coupling state by using an elastic structure provided in the process of coupling and separating the clamping frame with the boom. Moreover, the multifunctional clamping device for an excavator can be mounted on an excavator boom of various models (sizes) without any structural change. Even if the lower end part of the clamping frame collides with the ground due to carelessness in the process of the operation of the clamping function and the whole clamping device are pushed upward, the multifunctional clamping device for an excavator can prevent undesired separation between the clamping frame and the boom and prevent safety accidents caused thereby. The multifunctional clamping device for an excavator according to the present invention comprises a clamping link housing and a clamping frame.
본 발명은 굴삭기용 다기능 집게장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 유압구조를 사용하지 않더라도 충분한 집게기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하여 제작이 쉽고 경제적이며 유지보수 및 고장발생 가능성도 최소화될 수 있는 굴삭기용 다기능 집게장치를 제공하고자 한다. 그리고 집게프레임이 붐대와 결합 및 분리되는 과정에서 자체적으로 구비된 탄성구조를 이용함으로써 집게프레임과 붐대 간의 결합 및 결합상태 유지가 안정적으로 이루어질 수 있는 굴삭기용 다기능 집게장치를 제공하고자 한다. 또한 별도 구조변경 없이도 다양한 기종(크기)의 굴삭기 붐대에 장착이 가능한 굴삭기용 다기능 집게장치를 제공하고자 한다. 그리고 집게기능을 발휘하는 과정에서 불찰 등으로 인해 집게프레임의 하단부가 지면에 충돌하여 집게장치 전체가 위쪽으로 밀려 이동되더라도 집게프레임과 붐대 간 원치 않는 분리 현상이 발생 되지 않도록 하고 이로 인한 안전사고 등도 방지할 수 있는 굴삭기용 다기능 집게장치를 제공하고자 한다.
