EXPANSION JOINT WATERPROOFING METHOD USING POLYUREA WATERPROOF AGENT AND EXPANSION JOINT THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an expansion joint waterproofing method using a waterproof agent, and an expansion joint manufacture thereof. When a drainage member such as a rubber seal is fixated to an inner side of an expansion joint via a bolt, a waterproof agent is coated on a fixing portion of the drainage member such that corrosion on the expansion joint due to breakage of the drainage member as time passes is prevented. The waterproof agent is applied to a bent portion of an angle member of the expansion joint, a fixing bolt, a bent flat bar, and an upper end of the rubber seal in a spray coating shape.
고무씰과 같은 배수부재를 신축이음장치 내측에 볼트로 고정함에 있어서 시간이 경과함에 배수부재가 파손되어 신축이음장치 부식이 발생하지 않도록 방수제를 배수부재 고정부위에 도포하는 도포방수제를 이용한 신축이음장치 방수 시공방법 이를 이용하여 제작된 신축이음장치에 관한 것으로서 상기 도포방수재는 신축이음장치의 앵글부재의 꺽임부, 고정볼트, 절곡평철, 고무씰의 상단에 각각 뿜칠 형태로 도포되도록 시공된다.
