The present invention is to provide a vehicle-based manufactured device to collect fallen objects on a road. The vehicle-based manufactured device to collect fallen objects on a road comprises: a front side inducing unit mounted in a lower part of a front side of a vehicle, pushing fallen objects on a driving route towards a center of the vehicle; a central transferring unit installed in a lower part of the vehicle, transferring the collected fallen objects to a plurality of collecting spaces partitioned inside the vehicle; a rotary loading unit placed between a front side inducing unit and a central transferring unit, pushing the fallen objects induced to a center of the vehicle by the front side inducing unit in order to be loaded on the central transferring unit; and a selecting unit placed between the central transferring unit and the collecting spaces, guiding various types of fallen objects in order to be divided and stored by types. As such, the vehicle-based manufactured device to collect fallen objects on a road is able to divide and collect fallen objects by types.
