SWIVEL PROP HEAD UNIT FOR TABLE FORM
The present invention provides a swivel prop head unit for a table form, capable of simply rotating and fixing a prop without an additional work and enabling a worker to easily install and dismantle a table form. According to the present invention, the swivel prop head unit for a table form includes: a first fixing pin and a second fixing pin, which are connected to a lower side of a slab mold to be separated from each other; a fixing member fixed to the lower side of the slab mold by the first fixing pin and the second fixing pin; and a rotation member including a pin insertion hole in which the first fixing pin is inserted, to be connected to the slab mold by the first fixing pin and having a mold connection unit which can be tilted around a vertical axis of the first fixing pin as a rotation center axis as the width of the pin insertion hole is larger than a cross sectional area of the first fixing pin, wherein the rotation member also has a prop connection unit connected to one side of the mold connection unit so that the prop is connected. The swivel prop head unit for a table form has a fixing groove in one among the fixing member and the rotation member and also includes a fixing protrusion which can be inserted into the fixing groove, in the other one. The fixing protrusion is inserted into the fixing groove in accordance with a tilting angle of the rotation member or is separated from the fixing groove. Also, the rotation member can rotate around the first fixing pin as the rotation center axis while the fixing protrusion separated from the fixing groove.
본 발명은 추가적인 작업 없이 동바리를 간편하게 회전 및 고정할 수 있어 테이블 폼의 설치, 해체 작업을 쉽게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 테이블 폼용 회전 동바리 헤드 유닛을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 테이블 폼용 회전 동바리 헤드 유닛은, 슬라브 거푸집의 하측에 상호 이격되게 결합되는 제 1 고정 핀 및 제 2 고정 핀과, 제 1 고정 핀 및 제 2 고정 핀에 의해 슬라브 거푸집의 하측에 고정되는 고정부재와, 제 1 고정 핀을 통해 상기 슬라브 거푸집과 결합될 수 있도록 제 1 고정 핀이 삽입되는 핀 삽입구멍을 구비하되 핀 삽입구멍의 폭이 제 1 고정 핀의 횡단면적보다 커서 제 1 고정 핀의 수직 방향 선분을 회전 중심축으로 하여 틸팅 가능한 거푸집 결합부 및 동바리가 결합될 수 있도록 거푸집 결합부의 일측에 연결되는 동바리 결합부를 갖는 회전부재를 포함하고, 고정부재와 회전부재 중 어느 하나에는 고정홈이 형성되고, 나머지 다른 하나에는 고정홈에 삽입될 수 있는 고정돌기가 구비되되 고정돌기는 회전부재의 틸팅 각도에 따라 고정홈에 삽입되거나 고정홈에서 이탈될 수 있으며, 회전부재는 고정돌기가 고정홈에서 이탈된 상태에서 제 1 고정 핀을 회전 중심축으로 하여 회전할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a swivel prop head unit for a table form, capable of simply rotating and fixing a prop without an additional work and enabling a worker to easily install and dismantle a table form. According to the present invention, the swivel prop head unit for a table form includes: a first fixing pin and a second fixing pin, which are connected to a lower side of a slab mold to be separated from each other; a fixing member fixed to the lower side of the slab mold by the first fixing pin and the second fixing pin; and a rotation member including a pin insertion hole in which the first fixing pin is inserted, to be connected to the slab mold by the first fixing pin and having a mold connection unit which can be tilted around a vertical axis of the first fixing pin as a rotation center axis as the width of the pin insertion hole is larger than a cross sectional area of the first fixing pin, wherein the rotation member also has a prop connection unit connected to one side of the mold connection unit so that the prop is connected. The swivel prop head unit for a table form has a fixing groove in one among the fixing member and the rotation member and also includes a fixing protrusion which can be inserted into the fixing groove, in the other one. The fixing protrusion is inserted into the fixing groove in accordance with a tilting angle of the rotation member or is separated from the fixing groove. Also, the rotation member can rotate around the first fixing pin as the rotation center axis while the fixing protrusion separated from the fixing groove.
본 발명은 추가적인 작업 없이 동바리를 간편하게 회전 및 고정할 수 있어 테이블 폼의 설치, 해체 작업을 쉽게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 테이블 폼용 회전 동바리 헤드 유닛을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 테이블 폼용 회전 동바리 헤드 유닛은, 슬라브 거푸집의 하측에 상호 이격되게 결합되는 제 1 고정 핀 및 제 2 고정 핀과, 제 1 고정 핀 및 제 2 고정 핀에 의해 슬라브 거푸집의 하측에 고정되는 고정부재와, 제 1 고정 핀을 통해 상기 슬라브 거푸집과 결합될 수 있도록 제 1 고정 핀이 삽입되는 핀 삽입구멍을 구비하되 핀 삽입구멍의 폭이 제 1 고정 핀의 횡단면적보다 커서 제 1 고정 핀의 수직 방향 선분을 회전 중심축으로 하여 틸팅 가능한 거푸집 결합부 및 동바리가 결합될 수 있도록 거푸집 결합부의 일측에 연결되는 동바리 결합부를 갖는 회전부재를 포함하고, 고정부재와 회전부재 중 어느 하나에는 고정홈이 형성되고, 나머지 다른 하나에는 고정홈에 삽입될 수 있는 고정돌기가 구비되되 고정돌기는 회전부재의 틸팅 각도에 따라 고정홈에 삽입되거나 고정홈에서 이탈될 수 있으며, 회전부재는 고정돌기가 고정홈에서 이탈된 상태에서 제 1 고정 핀을 회전 중심축으로 하여 회전할 수 있다.
