The present invention relates to a mortar composition having a rapid curing property, durability and a waterproof property for repairing a concrete cross section and a method for repairing a cross section using the same. More specifically, provided is a method for repairing a cross section of a concrete structure, wherein durability and adhesion strength are enhanced in repairing damaged portion of a deteriorated concrete structure to keep a repairing effect for a long time and, at the same time, make repair work stably completed for a short time. According to the method of the present invention, an excellent economical effect and an outstanding effect of preventing neutralization of concrete can be provided and, in particular, water tightness is strengthened to minimize an influence of an external atmospheric environment such as acid rain, and a binder and a controlling agent are mixed at an optimal ratio to control speed of coagulation and elicit a rapid curing property. When the method of the present invention is used to repair the damaged portion of a concrete structure, very excellent physical properties such as bending strength, tensile strength and compression strength and the like can be provided, good capability of attachment to a concrete structure can be given, and outstanding chemical resistance and a waterproof property are also provided. Moreover, excellent resistance for freezing and thawing and damage from sea water is provided. In addition, a curing speed of mortar is increased and an effect of preventing neutralization and a waterproof effect can be enhanced. In particular, water tightness is strengthened to minimize an influence of an external atmospheric environment such as acid rain, and a binder and a controlling agent are mixed at an optimal ratio to control a coagulation speed and elicit a rapid-curing property. In addition, a surface protection agent which has excellent adhesion force with mortar for repairing the lower part, and outstanding impact resistance, chemical resistance, a waterproof property, neutralization prevention, corrosion resistance, anti-fungal property, contaminant resistance, permeability, weather resistance and the like is used to keep an effect of repairing a cross section for a long time. The present invention comprises: a first step of cleaning a surface of a degraded portion by using high pressure cleansing water; a second step of coating an exposed reinforcing bar with an anti-corrosion coating agent; a third step of coating a surface where the anti-corrosion coating agent is coated with mortar composition for repairing cross-section; and a fourth step of coating a surface where the mortar composition for repairing cross-section is coated with a surface protecting material.

본 발명은 속경성, 내구성 및 방수성을 갖는 콘크리트 단면 복구용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 단면 복구 공법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 열화된 콘크리트 구조물의 손상 부분을 보수함에 있어 내구성과 접착 강도를 향상시켜 보수 효과를 장기간 유지하는 동시에 단시간에 보수 공사를 안정적으로 완료할 수 있어 경제성도 우수하고 콘크리트의 중성화 방지 효과도 우수하며, 특히 수밀성을 강화하여 산성비와 같은 외부 대기 환경에 의한 영향을 최소화할 수 있고, 바인더와 제어제를 최적 비율로 혼합함으로써 응결 속도를 제어하고 속경성을 발휘할 수 있는 콘크리트 구조물의 단면 복구 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 공법을 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물의 손상 부분을 복구하면, 휨강도, 인장강도 및 압축강도 등 물리적 특성이 매우 우수하고, 콘크리트 구조물과의 부착성능이 우수하며, 내화학성 및 방수성도 우수하고, 동결융해 및 염해에 대한 내성도 우수하며, 모르타르의 양생 속도를 향상시키고 중성화 방지 효과 및 방수 효과가 증대될 수 있다. 특히, 수밀성을 강화하여 산성비와 같은 외부 대기 환경에 의한 영향을 최소화할 수 있고, 바인더와 제어제를 최적 비율로 혼합함으로써 응결 속도를 제어하고 속경성을 발휘할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 하부의 복구용 모르타르와의 접착력이 우수하고 내충격성, 내화학성, 방수성, 중성화방지, 방식성, 항균성, 방오성, 통기성, 내후성 등의 특성이 우수한 표면보호제를 사용함으로써 단면 복구 효과를 장기간 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
