Ceiling Finishing Fixture for Apartment House
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a ceiling finishing material for an apartment house which prevents a hanger from being separated from a channel, and prevents the hanger from shaking and overturning, comprising: side slots (24, 25) formed in series at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of a channel (20) at both side surfaces (21, 22) of the channel (20); a pair of extension portions (31, 32) extending in an opposite direction to each other toward the side surfaces (21, 22) of the channel (20) from both side surfaces of a hanger (30); a pair of elastic pieces (33, 34) bent in the longitudinal direction of the channel (20) at ends of the extension portions (31, 32), and being in close contact with the side surfaces (21, 22) while extending downward; a pair of locking pieces (33a, 34a) bent in a direction facing each other at lower ends of the elastic pieces (33, 34), and locked by the side slots (24, 25); and a pair of support pieces (35, 36) having a lower end thereof being in close contact with an upper surface (26) of the channel (20). The apparatus for fixing a ceiling finishing material for an apartment house of the present invention further comprises: a T-hole (23) formed in the same direction at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the channel (20), formed in series on the upper surface of the channel (20), and formed at a predetermined position to correspond to the side surface slots (24, 25); and a T-bar (37) formed at a lower end of the hanger (30), and inserted into the T-hole (23). The support pieces (35, 36) are bent in parallel in a direction away from a point where the elastic pieces (33, 34) are positioned, from both side surfaces of the hanger (30), and are formed between the extension portions (31, 32) and the T-bar (37).
본 발명은 채널로부터 행거의 이탈을 방지하고, 행거의 흔들림 및 전도를 방지할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 천장마감재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 채널(20)의 양쪽 측면(21)(22)에서 채널(20)의 길이방향을 따라 일정한 간격을 이루면서 직렬로 형성되는 측면슬롯(24)(25); 행거(30)의 양쪽 측면에서 채널(20)의 측면(21)(22)을 향해 서로 상반된 방향으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 연장부(31)(32); 연장부(31)(32)의 끝 부분에서 채널(20)의 길이방향으로 절곡되고, 아래쪽으로 연장되면서 측면(21)(22)에 밀착되는 한 쌍의 탄성편(33)(34); 탄성편(33)(34)의 하단부에서 서로 마주보는 방향으로 절곡되어 측면슬롯(24)(25)에 걸리는 한 쌍의 걸림편(33a)(34a); 하단부가 채널(20)의 상면(26)에 밀착되는 한 쌍의 지지편(35)(36)을 포함하는 것에 있어서, 채널(20)의 길이방향을 따라 일정한 간격을 이루면서 동일방향으로 형성되고, 채널(20)의 상면에 직렬로 형성되며, 측면슬롯(24)(25)과 대응하도록 일정한 위치에 형성되는 티홀(23); 행거(30)의 하단부에 형성되고, 티홀(23)에 삽입되어 걸리는 티바(37)를 포함하고, 지지편(35)(36)은, 행거(30)의 양쪽 측면에서 탄성편(33)(34)이 위치된 곳으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 평행하게 절곡되고, 연장부(31)(32)와 티바(37) 사이에 형성되도록 구성된다.
