The present invention relates to a block (fish hatchery block) for forming a fish hatchery which becomes a habitat installed in a bank protection of a flat water such as a river or a lake to allow a river living organism such as a fish or a zoobenthos to inhabit therein during a lifecycle such as a rest, feeding, finding a shelter, spawning, preparation for the winter, etc., and to a method for constructing a fish hatchery using the same. According to the present invention, the fish hatchery has a box-shaped structure having a rear plate (1), both side surface plates (2a, 2b), and upper and lower plates (3, 4), having an open front surface, and having an box-shaped inner space to allow a river living organism to inhabit and stay therein. A partition plate (5) is installed in single or plural in the inner space. The rear plate (1), the both side surface plates (2a, 2b), the upper and lower plates (3, 4), and the partition plate (5) are made of an aggregate and a binder, wherein the binder is formed of a porous permeable wall molded and manufactured by a composition formed of a biopolymer, so water flows by passing through the porous permeable wall.
본 발명은 하천이나 호소와 같은 정수역(靜水域)의 호안에 설치되어 어류나 저서동물 등 하천생물이 휴식/섭식/피난/산란/월동 등의 생애주기 동안에 서식할 수 있게 하는 서식처가 되는 어소(魚巢) 형성을 위한 블록(block)("어소 블록")과, 이를 이용하여 어소를 시공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 배면판(1), 양 측면판(2a, 2b), 및 상,하부판(3, 4)을 가지고 있고 정면은 개방되어 있는 상자형 구조체로 이루어져서, 상자형의 내부 공간은 하천생물이 서식 및 체류할 수 있는 어소(魚巢)가 되며; 내부 공간에는 격벽판(5)이 하나 또는 복수개로 설치되어 있으며; 배면판(1), 양 측면판(2a, 2b), 상,하부판(3, 4), 및 격벽판(5)은, 골재와 바인더로 이루어지되, 바인더는 바이오폴리머로 이루어진 조성물에 의해 성형 제조되는 다공성의 투수성 벽체로 이루어져서, 물이 다공성의 투수성 벽체를 통과하여 흐르게 되는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 식생 어소 블록과, 이를 이용하여 어소를 시공하는 방법이 제공된다.
