Disclosed is a fixed awning apparatus. According to the present invention, the fixed awning apparatus comprises: a plurality of brackets (110) extending in an arcuate shape in the front-rear direction and laterally spaced apart from each other such that rear ends are fixed to a wall surface and installed thereon; an awning screen (120) made of a material that is flexible and capable of blocking sunlight, and hung to cover an upper portion of each of the brackets (110) that are spaced apart from each other to form a shaded space at a lower portion thereof; a front crossbar (130) laterally extending to be horizontally disposed and mounted to a front end of each of the brackets (110) while being fixed to a front end side portion of the awning screen (120); and a tension forming portion (140) laterally extending to be horizontally disposed, mounted to a rear end of each of the brackets (110) while being fixed to a rear end side portion of the awning screen (120), and forming tension on the awning screen (120) that is hung on each of the brackets (110) while winding the awning screen (120).
본 발명에 따르면, 전후방향을 따라 아치형상으로 연장형성되어 복수 개가 측방으로 이격배치되며 후단부가 벽면에 고정설치되는 브라켓(110); 플렉시블하면서 태양광을 차단할 수 있는 재질로 이루어지고 이격배치된 각 브라켓(110)의 상부를 커버하는 형태로 걸쳐져 하부에 차양공간을 형성하는 차양막(120); 측방으로 연장되어 수평배치되며 상기 차양막(120)의 전단 변부에 고정된 상태로 각 브라켓(110)의 전단에 장착되는 전방가로대(130); 및 측방으로 연장되어 수평배치되고 상기 차양막(120)의 후단 변부에 고정된 상태로 각 브라켓(110)의 후단에 장착되며, 상기 차양막(120)을 감아들이면서 각 브라켓(110)에 걸쳐진 차양막(120)에 텐션을 형성하는 텐션형성부(140);를 포함하는 고정형 어닝장치가 개시된다.
