The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing an insulation material for construction provided to attach the insulation material that shrinks or expands according to changes in temperature to an inner wall at all times using elastic force and enhance sealing force of a hole perforated in the insulation material to drive a concrete nail thereinto. The apparatus for fixing an insulation material for construction comprises: a wall fixing body (30) fixated to the inner wall (22) by the concrete nail (20); a reinforcing rib (31) disposed on a front surface of the wall fixing body (30) and supported by the inner wall (22); an outer cylinder (32) inserted to an insulation material hole (25) formed in the insulation material (24); a plurality of zigzag-shaped elastic wrinkle portions (33) arranged along the circumferential direction, wherein the zigzag-shaped elastic wrinkle portions (33) connect the wall fixing body (30) and the outer cylinder (32) to apply the elastic force in a direction in which the wall fixing body (30) and the outer cylinder (32) pull each other; a flange (34) formed on an end portion of the outer cylinder (32) and being in contact with a surface of the insulation material (24); a stopper (40) inserted to an inner side of the outer cylinder (32); a center bar (41) formed at the center of the stopper (40); partition inserts (50, 52) inserted to the inside of the outer cylinder (32), wherein the partition inserts (50, 52) are coupled to each other while having the center bar (41) disposed therebetween; a Teflon film (54) attached to an outer peripheral surface of the partition inserts (50, 52) and slipping on an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder (32); a circular plate (42) formed on an end portion of the center bar (41); an elastic force holding piece (35) with a square hole (36) axially formed from the wall fixing body (30) to the circular plates (42); and a hook (43) formed from the circular plate (42) towards the elastic holding piece (35) and being in contact with the elastic holding piece (35) cornerwise to be held in the square hole (36).
