A Coating Composition of Surface Protection Having Polyurea for Reducing Earthquake Damage of Non-resistance Force Construction and Decoration Panels of Outer Wall and Constructing Methods using Thereof
The present invention relates to a surface protection agent composition and a construction method using the same. For 100 parts by weight of a prepolymer, the surface protection agent composition includes: 30 to 50 parts by weight of polyoxypropylene diamine; 5 to 15 parts by weight of polyether triamine; 5 to 15 parts by weight of polyetheramine; 20 to 40 parts by weight of diethylate toluenetriamine; 2 to 8 parts by weight of secondary amine; 1 to 5 parts by weight of propylene glycol; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber; 1 to 10 parts by weight of metal powder; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a thickener; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a reforming type polymer powder; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a reactive diluent; 1 to 10 parts by weight of ceramic powder; 1 to 5 parts by weight of pigments; and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. According to the present invention, the surface protection agent composition, and more specifically, the surface protection agent composition including the polyurea for reducing earthquake damage to a finishing material used on a conventional outer wall and a non-resistant structure can be applied as the finishing material for an outer wall or to a non-resistant structure while being eco-friendly to reduce damage due to external loads and impacts, thereby reducing the earthquake damage as well as enhancing the resistance to water permeation for significantly enhancing the durability of the finishing material and/or the non-resistant structure.
본 발명은 프리폴리머 100중량부 기준으로, 폴리옥시프로필렌 디아민 30 내지 50중량부; 폴리에테르트리아민 5 내지 15중량부; 폴리에테르아민 5 내지 15중량부; 디에틸레이트 톨루엔 트리아민 20 내지 40중량부; 2차 아민 2 내지 8중량부; 프로필렌글리콜 1 내지 5중량부; 자외선 흡수제 0.1 내지 2중량부; 금속분말 1 내지 10중량부; 증점제 1 내지 10중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 1 내지 10중량부; 반응성 희석제 1 내지 10중량부; 세라믹 분말 1 내지 10중량부; 안료 1 내지 5중량부; 및 감마-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 표면 보호제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 표면 보호제 조성물, 특정적으로 기존 외벽 마감재 및 비내력 구조물에 대한 지진피해 저감을 위한 폴리우레아를 포함하는 표면 보호제 조성물은 친환경적이면서도 외벽 마감재 및/또는 비내력 구조물에 적용되어 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 인한 손상을 감소시켜 지진피해를 저감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 마감재 및/또는 비내력 구조물의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
