In the present invention, metal zinc is installed to prevent rusting of concrete and rebar promoted by using a geopolymer reaction with normal cement, thereby being restored into a semi-permanent high-durability concrete structure. A method for repairing and restoring spray coat concrete having rust preventative ability by using a geopolymer reaction and zinc uses the geopolymer, which comprises: 6 to 40 wt% of a geopolymer binder comprising an artificial pozzolan or natural pozzolan; and remainder of bonding water comprising 20 to 40 wt% of solids including silica.
본 발명은 지오 폴리머반응을 보통시멘트를 이용하여 촉진한 콘크리트와 철근 부식 방지를 위해 금속 아연을 설치하여 반영구적인 고내구성의 콘크리트 구조물로 복원하는 것을 목적으로 하는 발명이다. 본 발명에 따르는 지오폴리머 반응 및 아연을 이용한 방청능력이 있는 뿜칠 콘크리트 보수 복원 공법은: 인공 포졸란 또는 천연 포졸란을 포함하는 지오폴리머 바인더 6~40 중량%; 및 실리카를 포함하는 고형분이 20~40 중량% 포함되는 잔량의 결합수;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
