CONSTRUCTING BRACKET FOR EXTERNAL INSULATION AND EXTERIOR MATERIAL OF BUILDING AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a bracket for constructing an exterior insulation material and an exterior material of a building, and to a manufacturing method thereof. A steel plate coil (12) is cut, and a temporary molded product (22) having sawteeth (16, 18) formed at both ends thereof with an anchor hole (14) therebetween is obtained. An octagonal head portion (26) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of a support portion (24) having the anchor hole (14) by mainly forming the temporary molded product (22). In a rear side of the support portion (24), left and right support portions (32, 34) are extended to form a cylindrical shape with inflow chambers (28, 30) interposed therebetween. The left and right support portions (32, 34) are respectively provided with recesses (36, 38) to reinforce strength and to enable a portion of the sawteeth (16, 18) to be dislocated to reduce manufacturing costs in production. Further, a manufacturing process is simplified, and an auxiliary tool (42) coupled to a general electric tool is used to be rapidly and easily access an outer insulator (48) in use.
본 발명은 건물의 외부단열재와 외장재 시공용 브라켓 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 철판코일(12)을 재단하여 앵커홀(14)을 사이에 두고 양단부에 톱니(16)(18)가 형성되는 가성형품(22)을 얻은 다음 상기 가성형품(22)을 주성형하여 앵커홀(14)을 갖는 받침부(24)의 외주면에 팔각머리부(26)를 형성하고 또 받침부(24) 후방에는 유입실(28)(30)을 사이에 두고 좌우지지부(32)(34)를 원통형을 이루도록 연장형성하면서 좌우지지부(32)(34)에는 각각 강도보강 및 톱니(16)(18)의 일부를 어긋나게 하기 위한 요입홈(36)(38)을 형성하여 제작시 재료비를 줄이고 또 제조공정을 간단히 하면서 사용시 일반전동공구에 결합되는 보조공구(42)를 이용하여 외부단열재(48) 내에 신속하고 용이하게 진입시켜줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
