RAIL-TYPE EXPANSION JOINT WITH PRE-SETTING MODULE CAPABLE OF ADJUSTING SPACING
The present invention relates to a rail type expansion joint with a presetting module capable of adjusting a spacing, presetting a spacing between rails to correct the preset spacing between the rails in accordance with a situation of a site while facilitating installation in the site. As such, the expansion joint comprises: first and second fixated rails installed on a top part of faced sides of a joint spacing part of a bridge to be placed on left and right sides; and the presetting module supporting the first and second fixated rails in a previously spaced state in order to allow the first and second fixated rails to maintain a state spaced apart from each other when the first and second fixated rails are installed on the top part of the faced sides of the joint spacing part of the bridge. The presetting module includes: a first support member wherein a lower part is coupled to the first fixated rail; a second support member wherein a lower part is coupled to the second fixated rail and is coupled to the first support member to be able to horizontally slide while both upper parts of the first and second support members are crossed with each other; and a cam member guiding a spacing between the first and second fixated rails to be adjusted while horizontally sliding the first and second support members with each other by a rotational operation when the top part of the first support part is coupled to the top part of the second support part.
본 발명은 프리세팅 모듈을 구비한 레일형 신축이음장치에 관한 것으로, 레일 간 이격을 공장에서 프리세팅하여 현장에서 설치가 용이하도록 하면서도 현장 상황에 따라 프리세팅된 레일 간 이격을 보정하는 것이 가능하도록 한 이격 조절이 가능한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 교량의 이음틈새부 대향측 상단부에 각각 설치되어 좌편과 우편에 위치하는 제1고정레일 및 제2고정레일과; 상기 제1고정레일 및 제2고정레일이 교량의 이음틈새부 대향측 상단부에 설치될 때 상기 제1고정레일 및 제2고정레일이 서로 이격된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 상기 제1고정레일 및 제2고정레일을 사전에 이격된 상태로 지지해주는 프리세팅 모듈을 포함하며, 상기 프리세팅 모듈은, 하부가 상기 제1고정레일에 결합된 제1지지부재와; 하부가 상기 제2고정레일에 결합되고 상기 제1지지부재와는 상부끼리 교차한 태로 좌우방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합된 제2지지부재와; 상기 제1지지부재의 상부와 상기 제2지지부재의 상부에 결합된 상태에서 회전동작에 의해 상기 제1지지부재와 상기 제2지지부재를 서로에 대하여 좌우방향으로 슬라이딩 변위시키면서 상기 제1고정레일과 상기 제2고정레일 간 이격이 조절되도록 유도하는 캠부재를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a rail type expansion joint with a presetting module capable of adjusting a spacing, presetting a spacing between rails to correct the preset spacing between the rails in accordance with a situation of a site while facilitating installation in the site. As such, the expansion joint comprises: first and second fixated rails installed on a top part of faced sides of a joint spacing part of a bridge to be placed on left and right sides; and the presetting module supporting the first and second fixated rails in a previously spaced state in order to allow the first and second fixated rails to maintain a state spaced apart from each other when the first and second fixated rails are installed on the top part of the faced sides of the joint spacing part of the bridge. The presetting module includes: a first support member wherein a lower part is coupled to the first fixated rail; a second support member wherein a lower part is coupled to the second fixated rail and is coupled to the first support member to be able to horizontally slide while both upper parts of the first and second support members are crossed with each other; and a cam member guiding a spacing between the first and second fixated rails to be adjusted while horizontally sliding the first and second support members with each other by a rotational operation when the top part of the first support part is coupled to the top part of the second support part.
본 발명은 프리세팅 모듈을 구비한 레일형 신축이음장치에 관한 것으로, 레일 간 이격을 공장에서 프리세팅하여 현장에서 설치가 용이하도록 하면서도 현장 상황에 따라 프리세팅된 레일 간 이격을 보정하는 것이 가능하도록 한 이격 조절이 가능한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 교량의 이음틈새부 대향측 상단부에 각각 설치되어 좌편과 우편에 위치하는 제1고정레일 및 제2고정레일과; 상기 제1고정레일 및 제2고정레일이 교량의 이음틈새부 대향측 상단부에 설치될 때 상기 제1고정레일 및 제2고정레일이 서로 이격된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 상기 제1고정레일 및 제2고정레일을 사전에 이격된 상태로 지지해주는 프리세팅 모듈을 포함하며, 상기 프리세팅 모듈은, 하부가 상기 제1고정레일에 결합된 제1지지부재와; 하부가 상기 제2고정레일에 결합되고 상기 제1지지부재와는 상부끼리 교차한 태로 좌우방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합된 제2지지부재와; 상기 제1지지부재의 상부와 상기 제2지지부재의 상부에 결합된 상태에서 회전동작에 의해 상기 제1지지부재와 상기 제2지지부재를 서로에 대하여 좌우방향으로 슬라이딩 변위시키면서 상기 제1고정레일과 상기 제2고정레일 간 이격이 조절되도록 유도하는 캠부재를 포함한다.
