MANLESS AUTOMATIC LIQUID SCATTERING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present invention relates to an unmanned distribution apparatus to automatically distribute a distributed material when snow falls or a road is frozen, using temperature, humidity, ultrasonic sensors to detect and analyze a climate factor to automatically distribute a material to be distributed for snow removal and thawing when snow falls or a road is frozen; and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a temperature sensor (101) to measure the temperature of the atmosphere and road surface; a humidity sensor (102) to measure the humidity of the atmosphere and the road surface; an ultrasonic sensor (103) including a transmission unit to transmit ultrasonic waves on a surface of snow and a reception unit to receive the ultrasonic wave reflected from the surface of snow, and measuring the existing amount of snowfall and falling snow; an infrared temperature sensor (104) including a transmission unit to emit infrared rays to the surface of the snow and a reception unit to receive the infrared rays reflected from the snows surface, and measuring the temperature of the surface of snow; a cart (10) analyzing measurement data measured by the sensors (101-104) to estimate the snowfall and freezing of the road surface, determining the amount of salt water needed for thawing based on an estimation; and a driving rail (20) to move the cart (10).
본 발명은 온도센서나 습도센서, 초음파 센서 등을 이용하여 기후인자를 검출하고, 이를 분석하여 눈이 내리거나 도로가 결빙되었을 때 제설 및 해빙을 위한 살포재를 자동으로 살포할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 눈이 내리거나 도로 결빙시 자동으로 살포재를 살포하는 무인 살포장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 대기와 노면의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서(101)와; 대기와 노면의 습도를 측정하는 습도센서(102)와; 눈 표면에 초음파를 송출하는 송출부와, 눈 표면으로부터 반사되는 초음파를 수신하는 수신부로 구성되며, 눈의 적설량과 새로 내리는 눈의 강설량을 측정하는 초음파 센서(103)와; 눈 표면에 적외선을 조사하는 송출부와, 눈 표면으로부터 반사되는 적외선을 수신하는 수신부로 구성되며, 눈 표면의 온도를 측정하기 위한 적외선 온도센서(104)와; 상기 센서(101)(102)(103)(104)들에 의해 측정되는 측정 데이터를 분석하여 노면의 강설량과 결빙을 예측하고, 이에 따라 해빙을 위한 염수 분사량을 결정하고 염수를 도로에 분사하기 위한 대차(10)와; 상기 대차(10)를 이송시키기 위한 구동용 레일(20)을 포함하여 구성함이 특징이다.
