Sandwitch Panel Using Limited Combustible Resin Composition And Method for Manufaturing the Same
The present invention relates to a sandwich panel allowing a fire diffusion prevention material made of a limited combustible resin composition having excellent flame-retardant properties to be arranged on one end or both ends of a core material for easy constructability, thereby preventing fire from diffusing since flames and harmful gas pass through a joint between sandwich panels for a long period of time when a fire occurs. According to the present invention, the sandwich panel comprises: two steel plates arranged in parallel at a predetermined distance; a core material joined between the two steel plates; and a fire diffusion prevention material having a vertically long bar-shape, attached on one end or both ends of the core material to be arranged on a joint with other sandwich panels, and made of a limited combustible resin composition including at least one selected among resol type-phenol resin, expandable graphite and a flame retardant, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and an acid curing agent.
본 발명은 심재의 일단부 또는 양단부에 난연성이 매우 우수한 준불연성 수지 조성물로 된 화재확산방지재를 배치하여 화재 발생시 장시간 동안 샌드위치패널 간의 연결부(joint)를 통해 화염과 유해가스가 통과하여 화재가 확산되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 시공성이 우수한 샌드위치패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 샌드위치패널은, 일정 거리를 두고 서로 나란하게 배치된 2개의 강판과; 상기 2개의 강판 사이에 접합되는 심재와; 상하방향으로 긴 바아 형태를 가지며, 상기 심재의 일단부 또는 양단부에 부착되어 다른 샌드위치패널과의 연결부에 배치되며, 레졸형 페놀수지와, 팽창흑연 및 난연제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상과, 발포제와, 정포제, 산경화제를 포함하는 준불연성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 화재확산방지재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
