The present invention relates to a concrete wall repair method and a deformation prevention pad applied thereto. The concrete wall repair method comprises the following: an exfoliation site cleaning step of cleaning an exfoliation site that can be formed on a concrete wall so that mortar can be attached and cured well; a first mortar filling step of firstly filling the cleaned exfoliation site with the mortar; a deformation prevention pad attachment step of attaching the deformation prevention pad made of carbon fiber of a flexible material immediately after being filled with the mortar; a first mortar curing step of curing the first mortar to which the deformation prevention pad is attached; a second mortar filling step of secondly the deformation prevention pad with the mortar; a second mortar curing step of curing the second mortar; and a paint application finishing step of finishing a concrete wall repair process by applying paint on the second cured mortar.
본 발명은 콘크리트 벽체 보수방법 및 그에 적용되는 변형 방지용 패드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 콘크리트 벽체 보수방법은 몰탈이 잘 붙어 양생될 수 있도록 콘크리트 벽체에 형성 가능한 박리부위를 깨끗하게 정리하는 박리부위 정리단계; 정리된 상기 박리부위에 상기 몰탈을 1차로 충전시키는 1차 몰탈 충전단계; 상기 1차로 상기 몰탈을 충전시킨 직후에 유연한 재질의 탄소섬유로 이루어지는 변형 방지용 패드를 부착시키는 변형 방지용 패드 부착단계; 상기 변형 방지용 패드가 부착된 1차 몰탈을 양생시키는 1차 몰탈 양생단계; 상기 변형 방지용 패드의 위로 상기 몰탈을 2차로 충전시키는 2차 몰탈 충전단계; 상기 2차 몰탈을 양생시키는 2차 몰탈 양생단계; 및 양생이 완료된 상기 2차 몰탈 위로 페인트를 도포하여 마감 처리하는 페인트 도포 마감 처리단계를 포함한다.
