ELECTRONIC LOCKING APPARATUS FOR LOCKER
The present invention relates to an electronic locking apparatus with a key holder for a cabinet, which is able to allow a blocking member placed on the key holder to operate together by a locker driving unit, which operates a locker which locks and unlocks a door of the cabinet, to greatly reduce the number of parts, and to simplify the structure, thereby at the same time improving productivity by reducing the number of processes in case of processes of assembly and manufacturing and reducing manufacturing costs. According to the present invention, the electronic locking apparatus with the key holder for the cabinet comprises: an apparatus body; a locker placed on the apparatus body to operate in between a locking position and an unlocking position of a door; a locker driving unit to operate the locker; the key holder into which an electronic key is detachably inserted; and a blocking member which operates in between a blocking position to block the electronic key inserted into the key holder and a blocking release position. The locker driving unit comprises an electric motor to provide power to operate the locker. Also placed is a power transfer means in between the locker driving unit and the blocking member to link with the driving of the electric motor and to operate the blocking member in between the blocking position and the blocking release position, thereby allowing the single electric motor to operate both the locker and the blocking member together.
본 발명은 사물함 도어를 잠금 및 잠금해제하는 록커를 동작시키는 록커구동기구에 의해 키홀더에 구비된 차단부재가 함께 동작하도록 구성함으로써 부품수를 대폭 절감하여 구조를 단순화함과 동시에, 조립 및 제조공정시 공정수를 감소시켜 생산성을 향상시키고, 제조비용을 절감할 수 있는 키홀더를 구비한 사물함용 전자식 잠금장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 키홀더를 구비한 사물함용 전자식 잠금장치는, 장치몸체와, 상기 장치몸체에 구비되는 것으로서, 도어의 록킹위치와 록킹해제위치 사이에서 동작하는 록커와, 상기 록커를 동작시키기 위한 록커구동기구와, 전자키를 착탈 가능하게 삽입하기 위한 키홀더와, 상기 키홀더에 삽입된 전자키를 막는 차단위치와 차단해제위치 사이에서 동작하는 차단부재를 포함하고, 상기 록커구동기구는 록커를 동작시키기 위한 동력을 제공하는 전동모터를 포함하며, 상기 록커구동기구와 차단부재 사이에 위치하고 전동모터의 구동에 의해 연동하여 차단부재를 차단위치 또는 차단해제위치 사이에서 동작시키는 동력전달수단을 구비함으로써 하나의 전동모터로 록커와 차단부재를 함께 동작시키도록 된 것이다.

The present invention relates to an electronic locking apparatus with a key holder for a cabinet, which is able to allow a blocking member placed on the key holder to operate together by a locker driving unit, which operates a locker which locks and unlocks a door of the cabinet, to greatly reduce the number of parts, and to simplify the structure, thereby at the same time improving productivity by reducing the number of processes in case of processes of assembly and manufacturing and reducing manufacturing costs.
