본 발명은 리프트 슬라이딩 창호를 자동으로 리프팅 시켜줄 수 있음은 물론, 구동부의 고장 시 수동으로 전환하여 리프팅할 수 있도록 한 자동 및 수동 전환이 가능한 리프팅 장치 및 이를 포함하는 리프트 슬라이딩 창호에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 리프팅 장치용 구동부(110)는, 창짝(20)의 실내측에 설치되는 하우징(111); 상기 하우징(111) 내에 고정 설치되는 구동모터(113); 상기 구동모터(113)의 회전축(113a)에 기어열(115)을 매개로 연동 회전가능하게 치합되며, 일측단에 하우징(111)의 외부로 노출되도록 렌치결합부(165)가 구비되는 샤프트(117); 및 상기 기어열(115)과 샤프트(117) 사이에 치합되어 서로 연결해주되, 축방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합됨과 아울러 일방향으로 탄성지지되는 클러치기어(163);를 포함하여, 상기 클러치기어(163)를 타방향으로 가압이동시켜 상기 구동모터(113)와의 연결을 잠시 차단한 상태에서 상기 렌치결합부(165)에 핸들 또는 렌치(W)를 끼움 결합하여 상기 샤프트(117)를 수동으로 회전조작할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a lifting apparatus capable of automatic and manual conversion, which can automatically lift a lift sliding window and lift the same by switching from an automatic mode to a manual mode when a driving unit breaks down, and to a lift sliding window including the same. To this end, the driving unit (110) for the lifting apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a housing (111) installed on an indoor side of the window frame (20); a driving motor (113) fixedly installed in the housing (111); a shaft (117) which is engaged with a rotary shaft (113a) of the driving motor (113), with a train of gears (115) as a medium, to be rotated by interlocking with the rotary shaft, and has a wrench coupling unit (165) arranged on one side end thereof to be exposed to the outside of the housing (111); and a clutch gear (163) which is engaged between the train of gears (115) and the shaft (117) and thus connects each other, is coupled to be slid in the axial direction, and is elastically supported in one direction. In a state of temporarily blocking a connection with the driving motor (113) by pressurizing and transferring the clutch gear (163) in the other direction, the present invention can manually rotate and control the shaft (117) by inserted and coupled a handle or a wrench (W) to the wrench coupling unit (165).
