Outside strengthen type prefabricated water tank and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to an outer reinforced prefabricated water tank in a hollow tank shape to store water. According to the present invention, the outer reinforced prefabricated water tank comprises: a floor which forms a bottom surface unit of the water tank; a wall which forms a side surface unit of the water tank; and a ceiling which forms a top unit of the water tank. The floor, the wall, and the ceiling comprise: a square-shaped main frame with a convex center; and a plurality of combined panels, which comprise a vertical combination unit vertically bent or a horizontal combination unit horizontally extended, wherein both of which are placed on each edge of the main frame. Both side panels have each horizontal combination unit to be overlapped with each other to be installed in a portion where the panels forming the wall come in contact with each other side by side. A vertical reinforcement material is installed in the horizontal combination units overlapped with each other to be installed. The vertical reinforcement material is in a U-shape to be installed on the horizontal combination units overlapped to bend a web of the vertical reinforcing material and to be fastened together by a bolt. The vertical reinforcing material is extended from a top side of the water tank to a bottom side to be supported by a base, and both flanges are thicker as getting toward a bottom side. The present invention is able to make it easy to combine the wall and the vertical reinforcing material and to have a greater supporting force of the wall in the horizontal and vertical directions.
본 발명은 물을 저장하는 중공 통형상의 물탱크로서, 상기 물탱크의 저면부를 구성하는 바닥; 상기 물탱크의 측면부를 구성하는 벽체; 및 상기 물탱크의 상부를 구성하는 천장;을 포함하고, 상기 바닥, 벽체 및 천장은 각각 중앙이 볼록한 사각형상의 본체와, 상기 본체의 각 모서리에 구비되는 것으로 수직으로 절곡되는 수직결합부 또는 수평으로 연장되는 수평결합부를 포함하는 복수의 패널들이 상호 결합되어 구성되며, 상기 벽체를 구성하는 패널들이 나란히 옆으로 맞닿는 부분에는 양측의 패널은 각각 수평결합부가 구비되어 서로 겹쳐서 설치되며, 상기 서로 겹쳐서 설치된 수평결합부 부분에 수직보강재가 설치되고, 상기 수직보강재는 ㄷ자 형상으로서 상기 서로 겹쳐진 수평결합부에 상기 수직보강재의 웨브가 접하도록 설치되어 함께 볼트로 체결되며, 상기 수직보강재는 상기 물탱크의 상부에서 하부까지 연장되어 기초에 지지되며 양 플랜지는 하부로 갈수록 폭이 점차 증가됨으로써, 상기 벽체와 수직보강재의 결합이 용이하고 상기 벽체의 수평 및 수직방향 지지력이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부보강 조립식 물탱크이다.

The present invention relates to an outer reinforced prefabricated water tank in a hollow tank shape to store water. According to the present invention, the outer reinforced prefabricated water tank comprises: a floor which forms a bottom surface unit of the water tank; a wall which forms a side surface unit of the water tank; and a ceiling which forms a top unit of the water tank. The floor, the wall, and the ceiling comprise: a square-shaped main frame with a convex center; and a plurality of combined panels, which comprise a vertical combination unit vertically bent or a horizontal combination unit horizontally extended, wherein both of which are placed on each edge of the main frame. Both side panels have each horizontal combination unit to be overlapped with each other to be installed in a portion where the panels forming the wall come in contact with each other side by side. A vertical reinforcement material is installed in the horizontal combination units overlapped with each other to be installed. The vertical reinforcement material is in a U-shape to be installed on the horizontal combination units overlapped to bend a web of the vertical reinforcing material and to be fastened together by a bolt. The vertical reinforcing material is extended from a top side of the water tank to a bottom side to be supported by a base, and both flanges are thicker as getting toward a bottom side. The present invention is able to make it easy to combine the wall and the vertical reinforcing material and to have a greater supporting force of the wall in the horizontal and vertical directions.
본 발명은 물을 저장하는 중공 통형상의 물탱크로서, 상기 물탱크의 저면부를 구성하는 바닥; 상기 물탱크의 측면부를 구성하는 벽체; 및 상기 물탱크의 상부를 구성하는 천장;을 포함하고, 상기 바닥, 벽체 및 천장은 각각 중앙이 볼록한 사각형상의 본체와, 상기 본체의 각 모서리에 구비되는 것으로 수직으로 절곡되는 수직결합부 또는 수평으로 연장되는 수평결합부를 포함하는 복수의 패널들이 상호 결합되어 구성되며, 상기 벽체를 구성하는 패널들이 나란히 옆으로 맞닿는 부분에는 양측의 패널은 각각 수평결합부가 구비되어 서로 겹쳐서 설치되며, 상기 서로 겹쳐서 설치된 수평결합부 부분에 수직보강재가 설치되고, 상기 수직보강재는 ㄷ자 형상으로서 상기 서로 겹쳐진 수평결합부에 상기 수직보강재의 웨브가 접하도록 설치되어 함께 볼트로 체결되며, 상기 수직보강재는 상기 물탱크의 상부에서 하부까지 연장되어 기초에 지지되며 양 플랜지는 하부로 갈수록 폭이 점차 증가됨으로써, 상기 벽체와 수직보강재의 결합이 용이하고 상기 벽체의 수평 및 수직방향 지지력이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부보강 조립식 물탱크이다.
