The present invention relates to a coupler for connecting reinforced rods which is used in construction sites to interconnect a pair of reinforced rods and, more specifically, relates to the coupler for connecting reinforced rods in which a hollow-shaped fastening nut, wherein a screw thread is formed on an inner periphery, is individually coupled to both ends of a hollow-shaped main body, wherein a screw thread is formed on an outer periphery. An inner radius of inside of the fastening nut gets narrower toward a side end, and a hollow-shaped fastening tool corresponding to the inner radius of the fastening nut is inserted into the individual fastening nut of both sides of the main body, thereby fastening the reinforced rods, inserted into hollow holes of the fastening nut and the fastening tool, by combining the main body with the fastening nut with a screw. According to the present invention, the coupler, for connecting reinforced rods, can be easily produced with a simple structure, save production costs, and reduce fastening work time for connecting reinforced rods.
본 발명은 건설현장에서 한 쌍의 철근을 서로 잇기 위해 사용되는 철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 커플러는 외주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상의 몸체의 양단으로 각각 내주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상의 조임너트가 체결되되, 상기 조임너트의 내부는 일측단부로 갈수록 내경이 작아지게 형성되고, 상기 몸체의 양측 조임너트의 내부에는 조임너트의 내경에 대응하는 중공체 형상의 조임구가 삽입되어 있어, 몸체와 조임너트의 나사결합에 의해 조임너트와 조임구의 중공홀로 삽입된 철근을 조이는 것이 특징인 철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것이다.본 발명 철근 이음용 커플러는 구조가 간단하여 제작이 용이하고, 제작단가가 적게 들며, 철근을 잇는 체결작업 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
