QUICK-SETTING AND HIGH-STRENGTH MORTAR CONTAING EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION SLEEPER FOR RAILROAD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to fast curable and high strength epoxy resin mortar and a sleeper for a railway rail using the same. More specifically, the present invention does not use a volatile solvent to be eco-friendly and provides a non-solvent type low density main material, having improved viscosity of a bisphenol A type epoxy based resin by using a reactive diluent to make works easy. In addition, the fast curable and high strength epoxy resin mortar according to the present invention contains an epoxy resin binding material composition made by optimizing composition and content of a hardener and a hardening accelerator to show 5 Mpa or more of strength within two hours at room temperatures and to show 50 Mpa or more of design reference strength of a PC sleeper in three hours, thereby being applicable to an emergency construction spot where construction has to be finished in short time and satisfying long term durability and attachment strength to be usable in the sleeper for the railway rail.
본 발명은 속경성 고강도의 에폭시 수지 모르타르 및 그를 이용한 철도 레일용 침목에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 휘발성 용제를 사용하지 않아 친환경적이며, 반응성 희석제를 사용하여 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 베이스 수지의 점도를 개선한 무용제 타입의 저점도 주제부를 제공하여 작업이 용이하다. 또한, 본 발명의 속경성 고강도의 에폭시 수지 모르타르는 경화제 및 경화촉진제의 조성과 함량을 최적화한 에폭시 수지 결합재 조성물을 포함함으로써, 상온에서 2시간 내에 5MPa 이상의 강도를 발현하고 3시간에 PC 침목의 설계기준강도인 50MPa 이상을 발현하는 특징을 지녀 단시간 내에 공사를 완료해야 하는 긴급공사현장에 적용할 수 있고, 장기적인 내구성과 부착강도를 충족할 수 있어, 철도 레일용 침목으로 유용하다.
