TENDON PROTECTION APPARATUS FOR RE-TENSIONING AND TENSION MEASUREMENT
The present invention relates to a tendon protection apparatus for re-tensioning and tension force measurement, installed on a surface of a structure to enable re-tensioning after constructing a tendon and to check whether or not a tension force is used and the tendon is defective with a naked eye. The tendon protection apparatus is fixed and installed by using a state where an anchoring unit, anchoring a tendon on a surface of a structure after tensioning the same, is installed on an inner side of a tension protection groove. Moreover, a fixing bolt of which a lower end is coupled to a coupling groove formed in a tendon anchoring block of the anchoring unit allows a box chain insertion body unit to be inserted and installed in the tendon protection groove. Therefore, the tendon anchored in the anchoring unit can be checked with the naked eye by opening a rotary opening and closing hole formed in a body unit of the insertion body unit.
긴장재 시공 후 재긴장이 가능하도록 하면서도 긴장력 도입여부 및 긴장재 파손등을 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 구조물 표면에 설치되는 재긴장 및 긴장력 측정용 긴장재 보호장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 긴장재 보호장치는 구조물 표면에 긴장재를 긴장 후 정착시키는 정착부가 긴장재 보호장치홈 내측에 설치된 상태를 그대로 이용하여 고정 설치되는 것으로서, 상기 정착부의 긴장재정착블록에 형성된 체결홈에 하단이 체결되는 고정볼트에 의하여 박스체인 삽입몸통부가 긴장재 보호장치홈에 삽입되어 설치되며, 상기 삽입몸통부의 몸통부에 형성된 회전개폐구를 열어 정착부에 정착된 긴장재를 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 하게 된다.
