The present invention relates to a prefabricated hot water panel. According to the present invention, the prefabricated hot water panel comprises: a heating pipe (100) formed to radiate a heat source for heating; a bottom heating panel (200) made of soft solid materials in a square panel shape, which comprises: a combination groove (210) formed on the top surface in a required installation pattern of the heating pipe (100) to allow the heating pipe (100) to be inserted; and a connection unit (220) formed on one or more surfaces of the four surfaces of the square panel to allow a plurality of the square panels to be connected, and which is for noise prevention, buffering, insulation, and keeping warm; a top heating panel (300) formed in a square panel shape to be combined with the top surface of the bottom heating panel (200) and to perform indoor heating by absorbing and radiating a heat source emitted from the heating pipe (100) combined with the combination groove (210) of the bottom heating panel (200); and a plurality of deformation prevention support means (400) penetrating from the bottom surface to the top surface of the bottom heating panel (200) to correspond to and support the bottom surface of the top heating panel (300) to keep an oblateness of the top heating panel (300) combined with the top surface of the bottom heating panel (200) and to prevent deformation by a load applied to the top surface of the top heating panel (300). The present invention is to provide a prefabricated hot water panel which is able to improve construction quality and constructability.
본 발명은 조립식 온수판넬에 관한 것으로, 난방을 위해 열원을 발산하도록 형성된 난방파이프(100)와; 사각의 판넬로 형성되고, 상기 난방파이프(100)가 삽입결합되도록 상부면에 결합요홈(210)이 요구되는 상기 난방파이프(100)의 설치패턴으로 형성되며, 사각의 판넬이 다수로 연결되기 위해 사각의 판넬의 4면 중 적어도 하나의 면에 이음부(220)가 형성되며, 방음 및 완충, 단열 및 보온을 위한 소프트 솔리드 재질의 하부난방판넬(200)과; 사각의 판넬로 형성되어 상기 하부난방판넬(200) 상부면에 결합되고, 상기 하부난방판넬(200)의 결합요홈(210)에 결합된 상기 난방파이프(100)로부터 발산되는 열원을 흡수방열하여 실내난방을 하도록 형성된 상부난방판넬(300)과; 상기 하부난방판넬(200)의 상부면에 결합된 상부난방판넬(300)의 편평도유지와 상부난방판넬(300) 상부면에 가해지는 하중에 의한 변형방지를 위해 상기 하부난방판넬(200)의 하부면으로부터 상부면으로 다수가 관통결합되어 상부난방판넬(300) 하부면을 대응지지하도록 형성되는 변형방지지지수단(400);으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 온수판넬에 관한 것이다.
