The present invention relates to a grouting packer device for controlling an underground pressure, comprising: a grout injection pipe; a first packer member; a pressure sensor portion; a second packer member; and a packer portion. By precisely measuring an injection pressure of a front end portion in which a grout is actually being injected, the inside of a fill dam, information is sent to a control portion on the ground, thereby capable of performing precise pressure control.

본 발명은 그라우트가 실제 주입되고 있는 선단부, 즉 필댐 내부에서의 주입압력을 정확하게 측정하여 지상의 제어부로 정보를 전달함으로써 정교한 압력제어가 가능한 지중 압력 제어형 그라우팅 패커장치이다.
