The present invention relates to a construction method of a waterproof layer, comprising: a step of high pressure blasting a construction surface; a step of recovering a crack of the construction surface via concrete mortar; a step of coating an acryl emulsion type surface treatment agent including 70-80 vol% of hydrophobic silica aerogel on the mortar recovered with the crack; a step of forming a primary coating for forming a primary coating with a primary waterproof paint including 10-50 vol% of hydrophobic silica aerogel and 10-20 vol% of acryl emulsion on a surface treated construction surface; and a step of forming an ultraviolet ray coating layer for blocking ultraviolet rays.
본 발명은 시공면을 고압블라스팅하는 단계; 콘크리트 몰탈로 시공면의 크랙을 복구하는 단계; 크랙이 복구된 몰탈 상에 소수성 실리카 에어로젤 70 내지 80 부피%를 포함하는 아크릴 에멀젼계 표면 처리제를 도포하는 단계; 표면처리된 시공면 상에 소수성 실리카 에어로젤 10 내지 50 부피% 및 아크릴 에멀젼 10 내지 20 부피%를 포함하는 1차 방수도료로 1차 도막을 형성하는 1차 도막 형성단계; 및 자외선을 차단하는 자외선 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 방수층 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
