PAINT MIXING DEVICE FOR MARKING LANE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an interlayer rotation type mixing device for an injector of lane paint hardened at the room temperature, and a construction method using the same. The interlayer rotation type mixing device for an injector of lane paint hardened at the room temperature can obtain accuracy of a work by building an individual line supplying an object such as a main material, a hardening agent, a cleaning agent, or bead without an error and improve workability of a lane painting work by being applied with various compositions capable of smoothly mixing paint and the hardened agent and a differentiated structure related to the various compositions. The interlayer rotation type mixing device for an injector of lane paint hardened at the room temperature also can induce maximization of work efficiency. The interlayer rotation type mixing device for an injector of lane paint hardened at the room temperature comprises: a supply member (10) mixing the main material and the hardening agent based on rotation movement by operation of a motor and dividing and supplying the main material, the hardening agent, and the cleaning agent, wherein a rotation shaft (11) integrated with the motor is drawn downward from the supply member (10); a mixing member (20) connected to the rotation shaft (11) of the supply member and mixing the main material and the hardening agent by receiving rotation caused by the motor; and an accommodation pipe (40) accommodating the mixing member therein and integrated with the supply member by a clamping member (30).
본 발명은 주제와 경화제 또는 세척제, 비드 등의 대상물을 오차 없이 공급하는 개별 라인의 구축으로 작업의 정확성이 확보될 수 있음은 물론 도색제와 경화제의 원활한 혼합이 실시될 수 있는 제반 구성요소 및 이와 관련한 차별화된 구조를 채택함에 따라 차선도색 작업 시 해당 작업성의 개선과 함께 작업 효율성이 극대화 유도되는 상온 경화형 차선도색분사기기의 층간 요동형 교반장치 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 모터 운용에 의한 회전 움직임에 기인하여 주제와 경화제의 혼합을 실시하되, 주제와 경화제, 세척제의 구분 공급이 이루어지고, 모터와 일체화된 회전축(11)이 하향 인출되는 공급부재(10); 공급부재의 회전축(11)과 결부되고, 모터로부터 유발되는 회전 움직임을 전달받아 주제와 경화제의 혼합이 실행되는 교반부재(20); 교반부재를 내부 수용하여 조임부재(30)에 의해 공급부재와 일체화되는 수용관(40);으로 구성된다.
