The present invention relates to a wall panel fixing base. The wall panel fixing base comprises: a main body which is disposed on an installation surface with an opened upper part and has a groove-shaped binding part extended in the longitudinal direction on an opposed upper inner wall surface; a seating frame which is extended in the longitudinal direction corresponding to the main body and has a lower end of an insertion part, which is inserted into the binding part, inclined inward to be seated on the main body and an inclined seating projection formed symmetrically on the upper surface thereof to be in close contact with a seating groove facing surface of a panel frame provided on the bottom surface of a wall panel; and a height adjustment member which is supported through the seating frame or a support member inside the main body to adjust the height of the seating frame or the panel frame. The present invention separately includes the seating frame for supporting the panel frame of the wall panel on the main body installed on the floor so as to support the wall panel when a wall of a structure such as a clean room or the like is installed. Therefore, the present invention is easy to manufacture and is easily inserted into the main body by slantly bending the inserted lower end. Further, by adjusting the height of the bottom surface or the wall panel, it is possible to adjust the height when the bottom surface is uneven or the joint size of a door or a window is different. Therefore, a product has excellent constructability and is beautiful.
본 발명은 벽 판넬 고정 베이스에 관한 것으로서, 상부가 개구된 상태로 설치면에 배치되며, 대향된 상단 내벽면에 홈 형태의 결속부가 길이 방향으로 연장되는 본체; 상기 본체와 대응된 길이 방향으로 연장되어 상기 본체 상에 안착되도록 상기 결속부에 삽입되는 삽입부의 하단이 내측 방향으로 경사 형성되며, 상면에 벽 판넬의 저면에 구비된 판넬 프레임의 안착홈 대향면에 밀착되도록 경사진 안착돌기가 대칭 형성되는 안착 프레임; 및 상기 안착 프레임 또는 상기 본체의 내부에 지지부재를 통해 지지되어 상기 안착 프레임 또는 상기 판넬 프레임의 높낮이를 조절하는 높이 조절부재를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 클린룸 등과 같은 구조물의 벽을 설치할 때 벽 판넬을 지지하도록 바닥에 설치되는 본체 상에 벽 판넬의 판넬 프레임을 지지하는 안착 프레임을 별도로 구비하여 제조가 용이하면서도 삽입되는 하단을 경사지게 절곡하여 본체에 삽입이 용이하도록 하고, 바닥면이나 벽 판넬과의 높이를 조절하여 바닥면이 고르지 않거나 도어나 창의 줄눈 크기가 다를 때 높낮이를 조절하여 제품의 시공이 우수하면서 미려한 효과가 있다.
