The present invention relates to a plastic guardrail which is formed of a synthetic resin material and is laterally fixed to a vertical post. The guard rail of the present invention comprises: an outer structure including a surface layer providing a contact surface for external impact; an inner structure disposed opposite the outer structure and including a backing layer providing a securing surface for the post; and a plurality of ribs connecting a space between the outer structure and the inner structure. Then, the surface layer is formed by mixing an inorganic ceramic powder containing an anion emission material with a plastic resin. Thus, the present invention is characterized in which anions are emitted from the surface layer to form an anion atmosphere on a road of an automobile. On the other hand, the ribs are divided into first and second ribs and are arranged to be shifted using an intermediate layer. By doing so, the impact is forcedly inserted into a corresponding groove at the time of impact, so that the impact can be effectively mitigated.
본 발명은 합성수지를 재료로 하여 형성되어 수직 포스트에 횡-방향으로 고정되는 플라스틱 가드레일에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 가드레일은 외부 충격에 대한 접촉면을 제공하는 표면층을 포함하는 외부구조, 상기 외부구조에 대향 배치되어 포스트에 대한 고정면을 제공하는 배면층을 포함하는 내부구조 및 상기 외부구조와 내부구조 사이 공간을 연결하는 다수의 리브를 포함하며, 이때 상기 표면층은 음이온 방출물질을 함유하는 무기질 세라믹 파우더를 플라스틱 레진에 혼합하여 성형된 것이며, 이로써 상기 표면층으로부터 음이온이 방출되어, 자동차 주행도로 상에 음이온 분위기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 한편, 상기 리브를 제1 및 제2 리브로 구분하고 중간층을 이용하여 어긋나게 배치함으로써, 충격시 대응 요홈에 강제 삽입되도록 하여 그 충격을 효과적으로 완화할 수 있도록 하였다.
