Food Wastes Disposer Which Installed To A Sink
The present invention relates to a food waste disposer integrated with a sink. The food waste disposer integrated with a sink comprises: a food waste inlet portion having a food waste inlet directly connected with an outlet of the sink, wherein a side surface thereof is bent in an L-shape, such that the food waste is introduced with sewage; a stirring portion in which a rotary shaft with a plurality of stirring blades is disposed in a casing formed integrally with the food waste inlet portion to be able to rotate in the horizontal direction, wherein a driving motor is connected to one end of the rotary shaft to stir the introduced food waste and the sewage; a sealing portion having one end connected to a lower end of the food waste inlet portion via a lower portion of the stirring portion and the other end with an inlet pipe, which is communicated with an upper portion of the stirring portion, such that the food waste and the sewage are injected into the stirring portion while the sewage fills up a lower portion of a discharge portion; and a microorganism injection portion disposed on the upper portion of the stirring portion and injecting fermented microorganisms into the stirring portion. Therefore, the food waste discharged with the sewage is completely decomposed by the microorganisms and discharged, thereby having effects of: preventing water and environmental contamination; and blocking the odor generated in a food waste disposal process.
싱크대 일체형 음식물쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 음식물쓰레기 유입구가 싱크대의 배수구에 직결되고, 측면상 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 절곡 구성되어 하수와 함께 음식물쓰레기가 유입되는 음식물쓰레기 유입부; 상기 음식물쓰레기 유입부와 일체로 형성된 케이싱의 내부에 다수의 교반날개를 갖는 회전축이 가로방향으로 회전가능하게 배치되고, 상기 회전축의 일측단부에는 구동모터가 연결되어 상기 유입되는 음식물쓰레기와 하수를 교반하는 교반부; 일단부가 상기 음식물쓰레기 유입부의 하단부에 연결되면서 상기 교반부의 하부 위치를 경유하여 타단부는 상기 교반부의 상부 위치와 통하도록 유입관이 배치되어 상기 음식물쓰레기와 하수를 상기 교반부로 투입하면서 그 배출부위 하부위치까지는 하수가 상시 채워져 있도록 작용하는 봉수부; 및 상기 교반부의 상부 위치에 구비되며, 발효 미생물을 상기 교반부에 투입해주는 미생물 투입부로 구성하여, 하수와 함께 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 미생물을 통해 완전 분해하여 배출함으로써 수질 오염 및 환경 오염을 방지토록 하고, 음식물쓰레기 처리과정에서 발생되는 악취를 차단할 수 있는 효과가 얻어진다.
