ELASTIC PAVING COMPOSITION HAVING IMPROVED FUNCTIONALITY AND DURABILITY AND THIN LAYER PAVING METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an elastic pavement material composition having improved functionality and durability and a thin layer paving method using the same. The elastic pavement material composition of the present invention comprises 5 to 95 wt% of an elastic binder, 1 to 40 wt% of a modification filler, and 1 to 60 wt% of fine aggregate, wherein the elastic binder is obtained by mixing a main agent with a curing agent at the ratio of 1:0.01 to 0.1 before using the elastic binder. The modification filler includes 25 to 95 wt% of calcium carbonate, 1 to 40 wt% of mica, 0.1 to 30 wt% of wood ash, 0.1 to 20 wt% of magnesium sulfate, 0.01 to 20 wt% of sepiolite, 0.01 to 10 wt% of alumina silicate-based cenosphere, 0.01 to 10 wt% of sodium silicate, 0.01 to 10 wt% of silicon powder, and 0.01 to 10 wt% of dibutylhydroxytoluene. The elastic pavement material composition according to the present invention can reduce traffic opening time by improving flexural toughness, salt damage resistance, neutralization resistance, freezing and thawing resistance and surface hardness, improving on-site constructability, and enabling early strength to be expressed, thereby reducing construction period. Further, the elastic pavement material composition according to the present invention not only can solve inconvenience of a pedestrian by having elasticity, but also can prevent a falling accident occurred when it rains by having excellent slipping resistance. Further, the elastic pavement material composition according to the present invention can obtain effects of improving heat resistance, weatherability, cold resistance, abrasion resistance, and durability.
본 발명은, 탄성 바인더 5~95중량%, 개질 충전재 1∼40중량% 및 잔골재 1~60중량%를 포함하며, 상기 탄성 바인더는 주제와 경화제비를 1 : 0.01~0.1로 혼합하여 사용하였다. 상기 개질 충전재는 칼슘카보네이트 25∼95중량%, 운모 1~40중량%, 우드애시 0.1∼30중량%, 황산마그네슘 0.1∼20중량%, 세피올라이트 0.01∼20중량%, 알루미나 실리케이트계 세노스페어 0.01~10중량, 소듐실리케이트 0.01~10중량%, 실리콘 분말 0.01~10중량% 및 디부틸하이드록시톨루엔 0.01~10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성과 내구성이 개선된 탄성 포장재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 박층 포장 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 휨인성, 내염해성, 중성화 저항성, 동결융해 저항성 및 표면경도를 개선하고, 현장시공성이 개선되고, 조기강도를 발현할 수 있어 시공기간을 단축하여 교통개방 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 탄성을 가지고 있어 보행자의 불편함을 해소할 수 있을뿐만 아니라 미끄럼 저항성이 우수하여 우천 시 낙상 사고 발생을 방지할 수 있으며, 내열성, 내후성, 내한성, 내마모성, 내구성을 개선하는 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
