Vibration control damper
The present invention relates to a multi-functional composite anti-vibration device, which is provided to protect high-damping rubber that is vulnerable to heat, thereby enhancing the fire resistant property of a damper, and to improve the stiffness of the damper in the vertical direction, such that it is possible to minimize the sagging of slabs, beams, and other horizontal members of a frame. The multi-functional composite anti-vibration device comprises: a damping portion formed of a first plate, second plates provided respectively at both sides of the first plate, and the high-damping rubber coupled to a gap between the first plate and the second plate; an upper connection portion having an upper portion fixated and coupled to an inner upper side of an opening and a lower portion coupled to an upper portion of the first plate of the damping portion; a lower connection portion having a lower portion fixated and coupled to an inner lower side of the opening and an upper portion coupled to a lower portion of the second plate of the damping portion; and a cover member formed of a side surface plate provided on a side surface of the damping portion and upper and lower coupling portions respectively provided on an upper end and a lower end of the side surface plate and bent in a reversed L-shape, wherein the upper and lower coupling portions are respectively bolted to the upper and lower connection portions.
본 발명은 열에 취약한 고감쇠고무를 보호하여 댐퍼의 내화 성능을 향상시킬 수 있고 동시에 댐퍼의 수직 방향 강성을 높여 슬래브, 보 등 골조의 수평 부재 처짐을 최소화할 수 있는 다기능 복합형 제진 장치에 대한 것이다.본 발명 다기능 복합형 제진 장치는 제1플레이트, 제1플레이트의 양측에 각각 구비되는 제2플레이트 및 상기 제1플레이트와 제2플레이트의 사이에 결합되는 고감쇠고무로 구성되는 댐핑부; 상부는 개구부의 상부 내측에 고정 결합되고 하부는 상기 댐핑부의 제1플레이트 상부에 결합되는 상부연결부; 하부는 개구부의 하부 내측에 고정 결합되고, 상부는 상기 댐핑부의 제2플레이트 하부에 결합되는 하부연결부; 및 상기 댐핑부의 측면에 구비되는 측면판 및 상기 측면판의 상단과 하단에 각각 구비되는 것으로 ㄱ자로 절곡된 상부결합부와 하부결합부로 구성되어, 상기 상부결합부와 하부결합부가 각각 상부연결부와 하부연결부에 볼트 결합되는 커버 부재; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
