Panel vibration type sound absorptive material
The present invention relates to a panel vibration type sound absorbing material, comprising: a porous sound absorbing layer manufactured to include polyester; and a paper vibration sheet attached to an outer surface of the porous sound absorbing layer, and vibrating by noise applied from the outside. The panel vibration type sound absorbing material according to the present invention is provided with the porous sound absorbing layer of a fiber shaped absorbing noise in a high frequency range and the paper vibration sheet converting noise in a low frequency range to vibration energy for canceling the noises, thereby capable of effectively absorbing noises in both high frequency range and low frequency range, and the vibration sheet is not separated from the porous sound absorbing layer even after a long-term vibration such that the durability of the sound absorbing material is excellent.
본 발명에 의한 판진동형 흡음재는, 폴리에스터를 포함하도록 제작되는 다공성 흡음층; 상기 다공성 흡음층의 외측면에 부착되어, 외부로부터 인가되는 소음에 의해 진동을 일으키는 종이 재질의 진동시트;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 판진동형 흡음재는, 고음역대의 소음을 흡수하는 섬유형태의 다공성 흡음층과 저음역대 소음을 진동에너지로 변환하여 소멸시키는 종이 재질의 진동시트를 구비하여 고음역대의 소음과 저음역대의 소음을 모두 효과적으로 흡수할 수 있고, 상기 진동시트가 장시간 진동되더라도 다공성 흡음층으로부터 분리되지 아니하므로 내구성이 우수하다는 장점이 있다.
