OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR DAMPER IN VENTILATION DUCT
According to the present invention, an opening and closing device for a damper in a ventilation duct comprises: a lever member connected to a driving shaft of a damper rotationally installed in a duct to control a supply amount of a fluid passing through the duct; a locking unit restricting rotating movement of the lever member to maintain an opening and closing degree of the damper; a release unit installed in the lever member for a worker to operate the lever member by releasing restraint of the locking unit; and a malfunction prevention unit installed between the release unit and the lever member to restrict release operation of the release unit. The malfunction prevention unit comprises: a distance maintaining unit maintaining a distance between the lever member and the release unit; and a restriction unit connecting the distance maintaining unit and the release unit to maintain a coupling state between the distance maintaining unit and the release unit.
본 발명은, 덕트를 통과하는 유체의 공급량을 조절할 수 있도록 상기 덕트에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 댐퍼의 구동축에 연결되는 레버부재; 상기 댐퍼의 개폐 정도를 유지시킬 수 있도록 상기 레버부재의 회전운동을 구속하는 잠금부; 상기 잠금부의 구속을 해제시켜 작업자가 상기 레버부재를 조작할 수 있도록 상기 레버부재에 설치되는 해제부; 및 상기 해제부의 해제작동을 구속하도록 상기 해제부와 상기 레버부재 사이에 설치되는 오작동방지부를 포함하고, 상기 오작동방지부는, 상기 레버부재와 상기 해제부 사이의 간격을 유지시키는 간격유지부; 및 상기 간격유지부와 상기 해제부의 결합상태를 유지시키도록 상기 간격유지부와 상기 해제부를 연결하는 구속부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
