MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRETENSION GIRDER USING POST TENSION GIRDER
The present invention relates to a pretension girder, a manufacturing method of a post tension girder, and a construction method of a bridge using the same, wherein a manufacturing method of a pretension girder comprises the following steps of: (a) manufacturing a pair of concrete unit members in which a sheathing pipe is arranged; (b) arranging the concrete unit members to be spaced from each other at a predetermined distance in a width direction side by side; (c) arranging a mold between the concrete unit members, installing a strand penetrating through the mold in a longitudinal direction, and installing a mounting rod to seal the strand in each of the front and the rear of the mold; and (d) sealing the strand with the mounting rod to deposit concrete in the mold for a pretension girder to which pretension is applied to be manufactured.
본 발명은 프리텐션 거더와 포스트텐션 거더의 제작 방법 및 이를 이용한 교량의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 내부에 쉬스관이 배치된 한 쌍의 콘크리트 단위부재를 제작하는 단계; (b) 상기 한 쌍의 콘크리트 단위부재를 폭 방향으로 소정 간격 이격하여 나란히 배치하는 단계; (c) 상기 한 쌍의 콘크리트 단위부재 사이에 거푸집을 배치하고, 상기 거푸집을 길이 방향으로 관통하는 강연선을 설치하며, 상기 거푸집의 전방과 후방에 각각 상기 강연선의 인장을 위한 정착대를 설치하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 정착대로 상기 강연선을 인장시킨 후 상기 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하여, 프리텐션이 도입된 프리텐션 거더를 제작하는 단계를 포함한다.
