REPAIRING COMPOSITION FOR ROAD PAVEMENT WITH EXCELLENT TOUGHNESS AND ELONGATION AND REPAIRING METHOD FOR ROAD PAVEMENT THEREWITH
The present invention provides a repair material composition for road pavement comprising 60 to 99 wt% of a performance modifier and 0.1 to 40 wt% of a functional powder, wherein the performance modifier is prepared by mixing a main agent with a curing agent at a weight ratio of 1:0.05-0.7. The repair material composition according to the present invention enables an integrated behavior with an existing main body to be made by having excellent adhesive power, tensile strength and elongation, and can have an extended endurance period by having very excellent properties such as resistance to chloride attack, neutralization resistance, resistance to freezing and thawing, water resistance, durability, and the like. Moreover, the repair material composition according to the present invention can reduce construction period by securing flexibility and stability at low temperatures and high temperatures, having excellent sliding resistance, simplifying a work process and enabling a continuous operation to be performed. Further, the repair material composition enables traffic opening to be made within a short time by shortening curing time since the repair material composition has quick drying properties.
본 발명은, 성능 개질제는 주제와 경화제비를 중량비 1 : 0.05~0.7로 혼합한다. 상기 성능 개질제 60~99중량% 및 기능성 분말 0.1~40중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 포장용 보수재 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 부착력, 인장강도 및 신률이 우수하여 기존 모체와의 일체 거동이 가능하며, 내염해성, 중성화 저항성, 동결융해저항성, 내수성, 내구성 등이 매우 우수하여 내구 년한을 연장할 수 있다. 또한, 저온??고온에서의 유연성과 안정성 확보가 가능하고, 미끄럼 저항성이 우수하며, 작업공정이 간단하고 연속 작업이 가능하여 시공기간을 단축할 수 있고, 속건성으로 양생시간이 짧아 빠른 시간 내에 교통개방이 가능하다.
