Panel Fixing Structure with Improved Workability and Construction Method
The present invention relates to a panel fixation structure with improved workability and a construction method thereof. To this end, the panel fixation structure comprises: a pillar frame including at least one binding piece; and at least one panel fixture to bind the binding piece to a panel. The pillar frame includes a binding piece groove to allow the binding piece to be mounted and fixated in the binding piece groove; the panel fixture has an insertion rail, which has a T-shaped cross section to be inserted into an insertion groove of the panel, horizontally formed on a front side of a fixation piece installed to come in contact with the binding piece; and a locking piece which is extended to a rear side from an upper part of the fixation piece so as to be locked and bound to the binding piece. Accordingly, as the insertion rail of the panel fixture is inserted into the insertion groove of the panel and the locking piece is extended to the rear side to be locked and bound to the binding piece, the panel is able to be fixated with only locking combination without coupling of a bolt or a rivet, thereby providing an advantage of improving workability.
본 발명은 시공성이 향상된 패널 고정 구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 지주 프레임에 적어도 하나의 결속편체가 구비되고, 상기 결속편체에 패널을 결속하기 위한 적어도 하나의 패널 고정구가 결속되는 패널 고정 구조체에 있어서, 상기 지주 프레임은 결속편홈이 형성되어 상기 결속편체가 결속편홈에 안착 고정되고, 상기 패널 고정구는 결속편체에 맞닿도록 구비되는 고정편의 전방으로 패널의 끼움홈에 삽입되도록 T형 단면을 지니는 삽입 레일이 횡방향으로 형성되며, 상기 고정편의 상부에는 걸림편이 후방으로 연장 형성되어 상기 결속편체에 걸림 결속되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로써, 패널 고정구의 삽입 레일이 패널의 끼움홈에 삽입되고, 걸림편이 후방으로 연장 형성되어 결속편체에 걸림 결속되어 볼트나 리벳 결합이 없이 걸림 결합만으로 패널을 고정할 수 있어 시공성이 향상되는 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a panel fixation structure with improved workability and a construction method thereof.
