Construction method of concrete retaining wall without mold
The present invention relates to a method of constructing a moldless concrete retaining wall capable of economically and quickly performing construction by allowing a pre-assembled retaining wall assembly to be installed at a site without separate construction of a reinforcing bar or a mold and directly constructing a cured body in a reinforcing sieve of a retaining wall assembly. The method of constructing a moldless concrete retaining wall includes: a step (a) of installing a retaining wall assembly including a reinforcing sieve for a front surface and a reinforcing sieve for mounting; a step (b) of filling the reinforcing sieve for mounting with a first back filler at a predetermined height; a step (c) of forming an enlarged reinforcing unit by pouring the cured body in an upper portion of the first back filler filled at the predetermined height or the reinforcing sieve for mounting; and a step (d) of filling the reinforcing sieve for mounting and a rear side of the first back filler with a second back filler.
본 발명은 별도의 철근 배근이나 거푸집 공사 없이 사전 조립된 옹벽용 조립체를 현장에 일괄 설치하고 옹벽용 조립체의 보강 망체부에 경화체를 직접 현장 시공하여 옹벽 부재를 형성함으로써, 경제적이고 신속한 시공이 가능한 무형틀 콘크리트 옹벽의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 무형틀 콘크리트 옹벽의 시공 방법은 (a) 전면용 보강 망체 및 정착용 보강 망체로 구성되는 옹벽용 조립체를 설치하는 단계; (b) 상기 정착용 보강 망체 사이에 소정의 높이로 제1뒷채움재를 채우는 단계; (c) 상기 정착용 보강 망체 또는 소정 높이로 채워진 제1뒷채움재의 상부에 경화체를 타설하여 확대보강부를 형성하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 정착용 보강 망체 및 제1뒷채움재의 후방에 제2뒷채움재를 채우는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
