Adaptor for connecting profiles
An object of the present invention is achieved by an adaptor for connecting a pile. The adapter for connecting a pile comprises: an upper adapter unit coupled to a lower end of an upper pile; a lower adapter unit coupled to an upper end of a lower pile connected to the upper pile and in contact with the upper adapter unit while being inter-guided; and a coupling key coupled to a joined part between the upper adapter unit and the lower adapter unit, which are joined. The upper adapter unit comprises: an upper joined plate in contact with a lower end of the upper pile; and a plurality of upper fixing members arranged in the circumferential direction of the upper joined plate to be fixed to the upper pile. The lower adapter unit comprises: a lower joined plate in contact with an upper end of the lower pile; and a plurality of lower fixing members arranged in the circumferential direction of the lower joined plate to be fixed to the lower pile. A skirt part is formed by protruding from one of the upper joined plate and lower joined plate in such a manner as to be extended in the circumferential direction to allow the upper adapter unit and the lower adapter unit to be joined while being guided, and a plurality of guide blocks are formed on the other one of the upper joined plate and the lower joined plate to allow a part of the skirt part to be correspondingly inserted thereinto.
본 발명의 목적은 상부 파일의 하단부에 결합되는 상부 어댑터 유닛; 상기 상부 파일과 연결되는 하부 파일의 상단부에 결합되며, 상기 상부 어댑터 유닛과 상호 가이드되면서 접하는 하부 어댑터 유닛; 및 상호 접합된 상기 상부 어댑터 유닛 및 상기 하부 어댑터 유닛의 접합부위로 체결되는 체결용 키를 포함하며, 상기 상부 어댑터 유닛은, 상기 상부 파일의 하단부에 접하는 상부 접합 플레이트; 및 상기 상부 접합 플레이트의 둘레 방향을 따라 배치되어 상기 상부 파일에 고정되는 다수의 상부 고정부재를 포함하며, 상기 하부 어댑터 유닛은, 상기 하부 파일의 상단부에 접하는 하부 접합 플레이트; 및 상기 하부 접합 플레이트의 둘레 방향을 따라 배치되어 상기 하부 파일에 고정되는 다수의 하부 고정부재를 포함하며, 상기 상부 어댑터 유닛 및 상기 하부 어댑터 유닛이 가이드되면서 접합될 수 있도록 상기 상부 접합 플레이트와 상기 하부 접합 플레이트 중 어느 하나에는 그 원주 방향으로 연장되면서 돌출되는 스커트부가 마련되고, 다른 하나에는 상기 스커트부의 일부가 대응되면서 삽입되도록 하는 다수의 가이드블록이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 연결용 어댑터에 의하여 달성될 수 있다.

An object of the present invention is achieved by an adaptor for connecting a pile. The adapter for connecting a pile comprises: an upper adapter unit coupled to a lower end of an upper pile; a lower adapter unit coupled to an upper end of a lower pile connected to the upper pile and in contact with the upper adapter unit while being inter-guided; and a coupling key coupled to a joined part between the upper adapter unit and the lower adapter unit, which are joined. The upper adapter unit comprises: an upper joined plate in contact with a lower end of the upper pile; and a plurality of upper fixing members arranged in the circumferential direction of the upper joined plate to be fixed to the upper pile. The lower adapter unit comprises: a lower joined plate in contact with an upper end of the lower pile; and a plurality of lower fixing members arranged in the circumferential direction of the lower joined plate to be fixed to the lower pile. A skirt part is formed by protruding from one of the upper joined plate and lower joined plate in such a manner as to be extended in the circumferential direction to allow the upper adapter unit and the lower adapter unit to be joined while being guided, and a plurality of guide blocks are formed on the other one of the upper joined plate and the lower joined plate to allow a part of the skirt part to be correspondingly inserted thereinto.
본 발명의 목적은 상부 파일의 하단부에 결합되는 상부 어댑터 유닛; 상기 상부 파일과 연결되는 하부 파일의 상단부에 결합되며, 상기 상부 어댑터 유닛과 상호 가이드되면서 접하는 하부 어댑터 유닛; 및 상호 접합된 상기 상부 어댑터 유닛 및 상기 하부 어댑터 유닛의 접합부위로 체결되는 체결용 키를 포함하며, 상기 상부 어댑터 유닛은, 상기 상부 파일의 하단부에 접하는 상부 접합 플레이트; 및 상기 상부 접합 플레이트의 둘레 방향을 따라 배치되어 상기 상부 파일에 고정되는 다수의 상부 고정부재를 포함하며, 상기 하부 어댑터 유닛은, 상기 하부 파일의 상단부에 접하는 하부 접합 플레이트; 및 상기 하부 접합 플레이트의 둘레 방향을 따라 배치되어 상기 하부 파일에 고정되는 다수의 하부 고정부재를 포함하며, 상기 상부 어댑터 유닛 및 상기 하부 어댑터 유닛이 가이드되면서 접합될 수 있도록 상기 상부 접합 플레이트와 상기 하부 접합 플레이트 중 어느 하나에는 그 원주 방향으로 연장되면서 돌출되는 스커트부가 마련되고, 다른 하나에는 상기 스커트부의 일부가 대응되면서 삽입되도록 하는 다수의 가이드블록이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 연결용 어댑터에 의하여 달성될 수 있다.
