Apparatus and method for reinforcing soft ground
Disclosed is a soft ground reinforcing apparatus capable of tightly sealing pores between soil particles by press fitting cone plates into the soft ground. The soft ground reinforcing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a buried portion formed in a conical shape of which the inside is empty, and having a sharp lower side inserted downward into the ground; a cone plate formed in a flat plate shape connected to an upper end of the buried portion and having a mounting plate mounted on a surface of the ground when the buried portion is inserted into the ground; an insertion tube formed in a hollow tube shape vertically erected, in which a plurality of injection holes are formed on a side surface of the insertion tube and a lower end of the insertion tube is inserted into the ground by passing through a vertical center axis of the buried portion; and a grouting unit which is formed in a conical shape with a sharp lower side and is configured as a front end block coupled to a lower end of the insertion tube to supply a grouting agent supplied to an upper end of the insertion tube to the inside of the ground through the injection hole. A method of reinforcing a soft ground according to the present invention includes: a first step of inserting the buried portion into the ground such that the upper plate is seated on a surface of the soft ground; a second step of downwardly inserting the insertion tube such that the lower side of the insertion tube is inserted into the ground through an internal space of the buried portion; and a third step of supplying a high-pressure grouting agent to the inside of the insertion tube such that the grouting agent penetrates into the ground through the injection hole.
본 발명에 의한 연약지반 보강장치는, 하측이 뾰족하고 내부가 비어 있는 콘 형상으로 형성되어 지반 내측으로 하향 삽입되는 매설부와, 상기 매설부의 상단에 연결되는 평판 형상으로 형성되어 상기 매설부가 지반 내측으로 삽입되었을 때 지반의 표면에 안착되는 안착판으로 구성되는 콘플레이트; 수직으로 세워진 중공관 형상으로 형성되되 측면에 다수 개의 분사공이 형성되며 하단이 상기 매설부의 수직중심축을 관통하도록 지반에 삽입되는 삽입관과, 하측이 뾰족한 원추 형상으로 형성되어 상기 삽입관의 하단에 결합되는 선단블록으로 구성되어, 상기 삽입관 상단으로 공급된 그라우팅제를 상기 분사공을 통해 지반 내측으로 공급하는 그라우팅유닛;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 연약지반 보강공법은, 상기 상판이 연약지반의 표면에 안착되도록 상기 매설부를 지반에 삽입시키는 제1 단계; 상기 삽입관의 하측이 상기 매설부의 내부공간을 지나 지반 내에 삽입되도록, 상기 삽입관을 하향 압입하는 제2 단계; 상기 분사공을 통해 그라우팅제가 지반 내로 스며들도록 상기 삽입관의 내부로 고압의 그라우팅제를 공급하는 제3 단계;를 포함한다.
Apparatus and method for reinforcing soft ground
Disclosed is a soft ground reinforcing apparatus capable of tightly sealing pores between soil particles by press fitting cone plates into the soft ground. The soft ground reinforcing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a buried portion formed in a conical shape of which the inside is empty, and having a sharp lower side inserted downward into the ground; a cone plate formed in a flat plate shape connected to an upper end of the buried portion and having a mounting plate mounted on a surface of the ground when the buried portion is inserted into the ground; an insertion tube formed in a hollow tube shape vertically erected, in which a plurality of injection holes are formed on a side surface of the insertion tube and a lower end of the insertion tube is inserted into the ground by passing through a vertical center axis of the buried portion; and a grouting unit which is formed in a conical shape with a sharp lower side and is configured as a front end block coupled to a lower end of the insertion tube to supply a grouting agent supplied to an upper end of the insertion tube to the inside of the ground through the injection hole. 본 발명에 의한 연약지반 보강장치는, 하측이 뾰족하고 내부가 비어 있는 콘 형상으로 형성되어 지반 내측으로 하향 삽입되는 매설부와, 상기 매설부의 상단에 연결되는 평판 형상으로 형성되어 상기 매설부가 지반 내측으로 삽입되었을 때 지반의 표면에 안착되는 안착판으로 구성되는 콘플레이트; 수직으로 세워진 중공관 형상으로 형성되되 측면에 다수 개의 분사공이 형성되며 하단이 상기 매설부의 수직중심축을 관통하도록 지반에 삽입되는 삽입관과, 하측이 뾰족한 원추 형상으로 형성되어 상기 삽입관의 하단에 결합되는 선단블록으로 구성되어, 상기 삽입관 상단으로 공급된 그라우팅제를 상기 분사공을 통해 지반 내측으로 공급하는 그라우팅유닛;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 연약지반 보강공법은, 상기 상판이 연약지반의 표면에 안착되도록 상기 매설부를 지반에 삽입시키는 제1 단계; 상기 삽입관의 하측이 상기 매설부의 내부공간을 지나 지반 내에 삽입되도록, 상기 삽입관을 하향 압입하는 제2 단계; 상기 분사공을 통해 그라우팅제가 지반 내로 스며들도록 상기 삽입관의 내부로 고압의 그라우팅제를 공급하는 제3 단계;를 포함한다.
