CONSTRUCTING METHOD FOR MASTIC ASPHALT LUMP COMPOSITION FOR PERMANENT REPAIR
The present invention relates to a method to construct a permanent repair type mastic asphalt lump composition for an emergency repair, capable of minimizing the height difference on a pavement surface unlike an existing temporary repair; thereby securing safety to vehicle property, reducing inconvenience to repeatedly repair a surface repaired by a temporary repair material with a permanent repair material in the future, reducing an economic loss to pay construction expenses twice, and reducing an accident likely to occur in pavement construction for emergency repair. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of manufacturing mastic asphalt through a melting and mixing device; a step of attaching powder including polymer with a glass transition temperature of 40 to 210°C on the outside to prevent the mastic asphalt from sticking; and a step of injecting the mastic asphalt on which the powder is attached into a pot hole.
본 발명은 기존의 일시 보수와는 달리 포로 포장면의 높이 차이를 최소화 할 수 있어 안전한 차량 주행성을 보장할 수 있고 일시 보수재로 보수된 면을 추후 다시 영구 보수재로 보수해야 하는 번거로움을 줄일 뿐만 아니라 두 번의 시공비를 지불해야하는 경제적 손실을 줄일 수 있으며, 차량이 주행하고 있는 도로포장의 공사에서 발생할 수 있는 사고도 줄일 수 있는 긴급보수를 위한 영구보수용 매스틱 아스팔트 괴 조성물의 시공방법에 대한 발명이다. 본 발명에 따르는 긴급보수를 위한 영구보수용 매스틱 아스팔트 괴 조성물의 시공방법은: 용융 및 혼합 장치를 통하여 매스틱 아스팔트를 제조하는 단계; 상기 매스틱 아스팔트가 서로 들러붙지 않게 외부에 유리전이 온도가 40~210℃인 폴리머를 포함하는 분말을 부착시키는 단계; 및 상기 분말이 부착된 상기 매스틱 아스팔트를 포트홀에 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
