STEEL REINFORCEMENT COUPLER OF ONE-TOUCH TYPE ENABLE TO CHECK INSERTION DEPTH OF STEEL REINFORCEMENT

The present invention relates to a one-touch type reinforced bar coupler able to check insertion depth of a reinforced bar, comprising: a base; a one-touch coupling unit; and an inspection unit. The base includes: a hollow base body having an accomodation space; a partition wall positioned in the accomodation space to divide the accommodation space into a first engagement unit into which a first reinforcing bar is inserted and a second engagement unit into which a second reinforcing bar is inserted; and a mounting hole communicating the accommodation space with the outside. The one-touch coupling unit causes the first reinforcing bar or the second reinforcing bar to be in a one-touch engagement with a first engaging unit or a second engaging unit so that the first reinforcing bar or the second reinforcing bar stay close to the partition wall. The inspection unit includes a holder inserted into the mounting hole and a contact member which is installed in the holder so as to extend into the accomodation space and is disposed to be sandwiched between one of the first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar and the partition wall.

본 발명은, 수용 공간을 구비하는 중공형 베이스 몸체와, 상기 수용 공간을 제1 철근이 삽입 결합되는 제1 결합부와 제2 철근이 삽입 결합되는 제2 결합부로 구분하도록 상기 수용 공간 내에 위치하는 격벽과, 상기 수용 공간을 외부와 연통시키는 장착홀을 구비하는 베이스; 상기 제1 철근 또는 상기 제2 철근이 상기 제1 결합부 또는 상기 제2 결합부에 대해 원터치 결합되게 하여, 상기 제1 철근 또는 상기 제2 철근이 상기 격벽에 근접된 상태를 유지하게 하는 원터치 결합 유닛; 및 상기 장착홀에 삽입 결합된 홀더와, 상기 수용 공간 내로 연장하도록 상기 홀더에 설치되어 상기 제1 철근 및 상기 제2 철근 중 하나와 상기 격벽 사이에 끼이도록 배치되는 접촉 부재를 구비하는 검사 유닛을 포함하는, 철근 삽입 깊이 검사 가능한 원터치형 철근 커플러를 제공한다.
