METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BRICK FOR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MATERIALS OF BUILDING AND BRICK FOR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MATERIALS OF BUILDING THEREOF
The present invention relates to construction bricks for the interior and exterior of a building and a manufacturing method thereof. The construction bricks can prevent generation of cement powder from an attachment surface attached to a construction wall, realize the naturally weathered colors and texture on a surface exposed to the outside while enhancing the adsorption performance, and realize the antique interior and exterior effects. The construction brick manufacturing method includes: a raw material preparing step of preparing stone powder, sand, water, and spraying sand as well as cement; a dough preparing step of mixing the prepared cement, stone powder, sand, and water to prepare a dough; an input step of spraying a composition made of the prepared spraying sand to the inner lower surface of a mold in a predetermined size and inputting the dough; a curing step of curing the composition and dough input to a mold; and a mold release step of releasing a molded article generated by attaching the dough and the composition through the curing step. Between the input and curing steps, a pressing step is included. The pressing step is for pressing the composition and dough input to the mold by pressing the upper surface covered with a fabric to prevent the cement of the dough from being leaked to the outside of the mold from the vibrating mold and to prevent the formation of a space between the input dough and the composition. The curing step also is for curing the composition and dough pressed in the mold for 2-4 hours at 40-50°C.
본 발명은 시공벽면으로 부착되는 부착면에 시멘트가루가 생성되는 것을 방지하여 접착력을 향상시키면서 외부로 노출되는 노출면에 자연적으로 풍화된 색상과 질감을 표현하여 고풍스러운 인테리어 및 익스테리어 효과를 줄 수 있는 건축 내외장용 벽돌의 제조방법 및 이로 제조된 건축 내외장용 벽돌에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 시멘트와 석분과 모래와 물과 살포용 모래를 준비하는 원료준비단계와, 상기 준비된 시멘트와 석분과 모래와 물을 혼합하여 반죽물을 제조하는 반죽물제조단계와, 일정크기의 몰드 내부 하면에 상기 준비된 살포용 모래로 만들진 조성물을 살포한 후 상기 반죽물을 투입하는 투입단계와, 상기 몰드에 투입된 반죽물 및 조성물을 양생시키는 양생단계와, 상기 양생단계를 거쳐 조성물과 반죽물이 접착되어 생성된 성형물을 탈형하는 탈형단계를 포함하는 건축 내외장용 벽돌의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 투입단계와 양생단계 사이에는, 상기 투입된 반죽물 및 조성물 사이에 유격공간이 형성되는 것을 방지하기 위해 진동시킨 몰드에서 상기 반죽물의 시멘트가 상기 몰드의 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 몰드의 상면을 직물로 덮은 후 가압하여 상기 몰드에 투입된 조성물과 반죽물을 압착시키는 압착단계를 포함하고, 상기 양생단계는, 상기 몰드에 투입되어 압착된 조성물과 반죽물을 40℃ 내지 50℃에서 2시간 내지 4시간 동안 양생시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
