An anti-terrorist moving object blocking system according to the present invention comprises: a first sensing portion sensing a moving object on the road; a second sensing portion disposed at a predetermined distance from the first sensing portion in the traveling direction of the road to sense the moving object; a road blocker capable of operating to block or allow progress of the moving object; and a control portion sensing the speed of the moving object continuously passing through the first sensing portion and the second sensing portion and blocking the road by controlling the operation of the road blocker in front of the traveling direction of the moving object if the speed exceeds the predetermined reference speed.
본 발명에 따른 테러 방지 이동체 차단 방호 시스템은, 도로에서 이동체를 감지하는 제1감지부; 상기 도로의 진행방향을 따라 상기 제1감지부와 소정의 거리를 두고 배치되어 상기 이동체를 감지하는 제2감지부; 상기 이동체의 진행을 차단하거나 허용하도록 동작가능한 도로차단부; 및 상기 제1감지부와 상기 제2감지부를 연속으로 통과하는 상기 이동체의 속도를 감지하고, 상기 속도가 미리 설정된 기준속도를 초과하는 경우 상기 이동체의 진행방향의 전방에 있는 상기 도로차단부의 동작을 제어하여 상기 도로를 차단하게 하는 제어부를 포함한다.
