INJECTION PACKER FOR GROUND SUBSIDENCE RESTORATION RECLAMATION METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GROUND SUBSIDENCE AND USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an injection packer for restoring ground subsidence and a method and an apparatus for restoring the ground subsidence using the same. The injection packer of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical holder made of synthetic resin or a metal material and having an injection hole formed in an upper portion, wherein a mixed-type inflator, in which first liquid and second liquid are mixed, passes through an upper portion of a membrane compressed body attached at a lower end and is injected into the membrane compressed body; and the peak-shaped membrane compressed body formed on a lower end, configured to have an over-layered structure, such that the mixed-type inflator, which is a filling material for inflation including the first liquid and the second liquid therein, can be contained, wherein the mixed-type inflator is injected into the interval of each layer of the structure, and expanded to fit a size of the pores disposed on a lower portion so as to fill the pores in an unfolding way. According to the present invention, it is possible to perform emergency restoration without opening the road pavement at the site, in which pores are generated according to the size and material characteristics of the pores at a lower portion of the ground, by using the swelling phenomenon occurring when a straight-type injection packer is injected. It is possible to efficiently perform restoration by utilizing the existing restoration data when the pores, in which the emergency recovery is performed, are restored. As a marker, which provides information based on an RFID tag, is mounted additionally on an upper surface, in which the injection parker is constructed, it is possible to reinforce the area, in which the injection parker is mounted, and to accurately readjust a supply amount of the mixed-type inflator or the like based on the big data when an upper portion of the pavement is repaired.
본 발명은 지반함몰 복구를 위한 주입 패커, 이를 이용한 지반함몰부 복구 공법 및 지반함몰부 복구장비에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 통 형상으로 합성 수지 또는 금속 재질로 형성되며, 상부에 주입구를 구비하여 하단에 부착된 멤브레인 압착체의 상부를 통해 멤브레인 압착체 내부로 제 1 액제 및 제 2 액제의 혼합으로 결성되는 혼합형 팽창제가 주입되도록 하는 홀더; 및 하단으로는 침탑 형태로 향하는 형상으로, 내부에 제 1 액제와 제 2 액제를 포함하는 팽창용 충전 재료인 혼합형 팽창제를 채울 수 있는 구조를 형성하도록 겹층 구조로 형성되어 각 겹층 구조의 간격 상으로, 혼합형 팽창제를 투입받아 하방에 위치하는 공극의 크기에 맞게 팽창하여 펴지는 방식으로 공극을 충전하도록 하는 멤브레인 압착체; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 지반 하부의 공극의 규모 및 재료 특성에 따른 공극 발생 현장에서 도로 포장면의 개착이 없이 직선형의 주입 패커를 삽입하여 부푸는 현상을 이용하여 긴급 복구를 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있고, 긴급 복구가 수행된 공극에 대한 재복구시 기존의 복구 데이터를 활용함으로써, 효율적인 재복구가 가능한 효과가 있으며, 주입 패커가 시공된 상부면에 RFID 태그 기반으로 정보를 제공하는 표지기를 추가 시공함으로써, 주입 패커가 시공된 영역을 보강할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 포장면 하부의 재보수시 빅데이터 기반으로 혼합형 팽창제 등의 공급량을 정밀하게 재조정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
