The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a floor noise prevention structure by using a red clay and sand mixture, and a construction method thereof. More specifically, to manufacture a floor noise insulating material, red clay and sand are properly mixed and foreign substances are filled out through the mixing procedure, and also, if red clay is not properly discharged or red clay content is no more than a reference level, an error is able to be solved so that red clay and sand are properly mixed to maximize the suppression of floor noise. The present invention includes: a red clay filtering and transfer unit filtering foreign substances out of red clay while filtering thick red clay grains out to collect and transfer only high-quality fine red clay grains; a sand filtering and transfer unit filtering foreign substances out of sand while filtering thick sand grains out to collect and transfer only high-quality fine sand grains; a mixing hopper mixing the red clay, which has been filtered through the red clay filtering and transfer unit, and the sand, which has been filtered through the sand filtering and transfer unit, in one container; a mixer evenly mixing the red clay and the sand, which have gone through the mixing hopper; and a discharging conveyor inducing the mixture of the red clay and the sand to be stored in a desired spot.
본 발명은 황토 및 모래 혼합물의 층간소음 방지 구조물 제조장치 및 시공방법에 있어서, 특히 층간 차음재를 제작하되 황토 및 모래를 적절 비율로 혼합토록하고, 상기 혼합 과정에서 이물질을 걸러내고, 아울러 황토의 배출이 원할하게 이루어지지 않거나 황토 성분이 기준이하인 경우에는 에러상황을 치유토록 유도하여 황토와 모래가 적절히 혼합되어 층간소음 억제를 극대화시킬 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 및 모래 혼합물의 층간소음 방지 구조물 제조장치 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 황토에 존재하는 이물질을 거르고 동시에 굵은 황토를 걸러서 미세한 양질의 황토만을 포집하여 이송시키는 황토 거름 겸용 이송수단과; 모래에 존재하는 이물질을 거르고 동시에 굵은 모래를 걸러서 미세한 양질의 황토만을 포집하여 이송시키는 모래 거름 겸용 이송수단과; 상기 황토 거름 겸용 이송수단을 통해 걸러진 황토와 상기 모래 거름 겸용 이송수단을 통해 걸러진 모래를 하나의 용기로 혼합시키는 혼합용 호퍼와; 상기 혼합용 호퍼를 통과한 황토 및 모래를 믹싱하여 고르고 혼합되도록 하는 믹싱기와; 상기 믹싱기를 통과한 혼합된 황토 및 모래를 이송하여 필요한 지점에 저장시키도록 유도하는 배출용 컨베이어를 포함하여 구성함이 특징이다.
