METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ECO-FRIENDLY COLORED RUBBER CHIP USING RECYCLED RUBBER
The present invention relates to a method of producing eco-friendly colored rubber chips by using recycled rubber. In particular, the method utilizes recycled rubber by pulverizing the same to produce eco-friendly color rubber chips which show beautiful colors without bleaching or discoloration and from which harmful materials are not detected. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step in which recycled rubber is pulverized into rubber particles having a predetermined average particle size; a step in which the pulverized rubber particles are separated by a particle size; a step in which the rubber particles separated by a particle size are mixed and stirred with a thermosetting resin and a pigment; a step in which the stirred rubber particles, thermosetting resin and pigment are heated to color the rubber particles; a step in which the colored rubber particles are mixed and stirred with a UV stabilizer and a curing accelerator to coat the surface thereof; a step in which the rubber particles surface-coated with the UV stabilizer and the curing accelerator are heated and impregnated; a step in which the heated and impregnated rubber particles are cooled and dried; and a step in which the cooled and dried rubber particles are coated with a photocatalyst.
본 발명은 재활용 고무를 활용한 친환경 칼라 고무칩 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 재활용 고무를 분쇄하여 활용하면서도 탈색이나 변색이 거의 없이 아름다운 색상을 발하면서 유해물질이 검출되지 않는 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 재활용 고무를 설정된 평균입도의 고무입자로 분쇄하는 단계와; 분쇄된 고무입자를 입도별로 분리하는 단계와; 입도별로 분리된 고무입자를 열경화성수지 및 안료와 혼합하여 교반하는 단계와; 교반된 고무입자, 열경화성수지 및 안료를 가열하여 고무입자에 착색하는 단계와; 착색된 고무입자에 UV안정제, 경화촉진제를 혼합 및 교반하여 표면 코팅하는 단계와; UV안정제, 경화촉진제가 표면 코팅된 고무입자를 가열 함침하는 단계와; 가열 함침된 고무입자를 냉각 건조하는 단계와; 냉각 건조된 고무입자에 대하여 광촉매를 도포하는 단계를 포함한다.
