Apparatus for Cutting the Road of Manhole Reparing
The present invention relates to a road surface cutting device to repair a manhole, capable of enhancing cutting workability. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a circular fixation plate inserted to block an inlet of a manhole frame from which a manhole cover is removed and including a rotary supporting part formed in a central upper surface; a main part including a central shaft formed on one side to allow one end to be assembled to the rotary supporting part to be able to rotate, a lower frame with a plurality of moving wheels formed on a lower surface facing a road surface, and an upper frame assembled with the lower frame through a vertical member, thereby forming an internal space of a predetermined size between the upper and lower frames; an inner frame having a pair of connection parts formed on one end to be assembled to a pair of rotation supporting bearings to be able to rotate in order to face the lower frame adjacent to the central shaft, so as to be disposed in the internal space of the main part to be able to be pivoted; a cutting part including a rotary shaft connecting one end to a driving source mounted on the inner frame through a power transmission member and a cutting wheel assembled to the other end of the rotary shaft, so as to cut the road surface; a rotational operation part including a first screw shaft screw-coupled to a first hollow bar connected to the inner frame, a first handle connected to the first screw shaft assembled to a first fixation block of the upper frame to be able to rotate so as to rotate the inner frame towards the road surface together with the cutting wheel with respect to the rotational supporting bearing; and at least one rotation guide part assembled on one side of the lower frame facing the cutting wheel to be able to rotate.
본 발명은 맨홀커버가 제거된 맨홀틀의 입구를 차단하도록 삽입배치되고, 중앙 상부면에 회전지지부를 구비하는 원형 고정판 ; 상기 회전지지부와 일단이 회전가능하게 조립되는 중심축을 일측에 구비하고, 노면과 마주하는 하부면에 복수개의 이동휠을 구비하는 하부프레임을 갖추고, 상기 하부프레임과 수직재를 매개로 하여 조립되는 상부프레임을 갖추어 상기 상부프레임과 하부프레임사이에 일정크기의 내부공간을 형성하는 본체부 ;상기 중심축과 인접하는 하부프레임에 서로 마주하도록 한쌍의 회전지지용 베어링과 각각 회전가능하게 조립되는 한쌍의 연결부를 일단에 갖추어 상기 본체부의 내부공간에 선회작동가능하게 배치되는 내부프레임 ; 상기 내부프레임에 장착되는 구동원과 동력전달부재를 매개로 일단이 연결되는 회전축을 갖추고, 상기 회전축의 타단에 조립되는 절단휠을 갖추어 노면을 절단하는 절단부 ; 상기 내부프레임에 연결되는 제1중공바와 나사결합되는 제1스크류축을 갖추고, 상기 상부프레임의 제1고정블럭에 회전가능하게 조립되는 제1스크류축과 연결되는 제1손잡이를 갖추어 상기 회전지지용 베어링을 중심으로 하여 상기 절단휠과 더불어 내부프레임을 노면측으로 선회작동시키는 선회작동부 ; 및 상기 절단휠과 마주하는 하부프레임의 일측에 회전가능하게 조립되는 적어도 하나의 안내휠을 갖추어 회전안내부를 포함한다.
