The present invention relates to a method to form a fireproof sliding window frame and a fireproof sliding window frame manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, a steel plate is formed into a fireproof sliding door frame through 23 steps of forming rollers. Through first to ninth forming rollers, a center of the steel plate is gradually bent into a downwardly protruding zigzag shape form to form a right-angled zigzag part in order of first concave surface, a first rail front surface, a first rail surface, a first rail rear surface, a second concave surface, a second rail front surface, a second rail surface, a second rail rear surface, and a third concave surface; through fourth to thirteenth forming rollers, both sides of the steel plate are gradually bent into a downwardly protruding zigzag shape to form a right-angled zigzag shape in order of a window sill surface, a window sill rear surface, and the first concave surface and form a right-angled zigzag shape in order of a third concave surface, a third rail front surface, and a third rail surface; through fourteenth to sixteenth forming rollers, both ends of the steel plate are gradually bent above a right angle to form first and second flanges; through eighteenth and twenty-third forming rollers, both the sides of the steel plate are gradually bent above the right angle to form a window sill front surface and a third rail rear surface. Thus, provided are a forming method of sequentially bending a part with a great bending angle through many steps of forming rollers and a fireproof sliding window frame manufactured thereby to provide excellent non-insulated properties.
본 발명은 방화 미닫이창 프레임의 포밍 방법 및 이 방법에 의해 제조된 방화 미닫이창 프레임에 관한 것으로, 스틸평판을 23단계의 포밍롤러를 거쳐 방화 미닫이창 프레임으로 성형하되, 1번에서부터 9번의 포밍롤러로 스틸평판의 중심을 밑으로 돌출된 지그재그로 점차 절곡하여, 제1오목면, 제1레일정면, 제1레일표면, 제1레일후면, 제2오목면, 제2레일정면, 제2레일표면, 제2레일후면, 제3오목면, 순서의 직각 지그재그 부분을 성형하며, 4번에서부터 13번의 포밍롤러로 스틸평판의 양측을 밑으로 돌출된 지그재그로 점차 절곡하여, 창문턱표면, 창문턱후면, 제1오목면, 순서의 직각 지그재그 부분과 제3오목면, 제3레일정면, 제3레일표면, 순서의 직각 지그재그 부분을 성형하며, 14번에서부터 16번의 포밍롤러로 스틸평판의 양단을 직각 위로 점차 절곡하여, 제1플랜지와 제2플랜지를 성형하며, 18번에서부터 23번의 포밍롤러로 스틸평판의 양측을 직각 위로 점차 절곡하여 창문턱정면과 제3레일후면을 성형함으로써, 굽힘 각도가 큰 부분은 여러 단계의 포밍롤러를 거쳐 순차 절곡하는 포밍 방법 및 이 방법에 의해 제조되어 비차열성이 우수한 방화 미닫이창 프레임에 관한 것이다.
