The present invention can protect a driver by mitigating impact of a automobile through plastic deformation of a partial structure and a multiple buffer structure at a time of automobile collision and preventing the collided automobile from climbing/rollover. For the above purpose, the present invention comprises: a block-out; a shock absorbing plate; a fixture; and rails.
